I am a total animal lover and have lots of time throughout the day to take your pup on walks, play fetch, and let them run around our spacious back yard. I now currently have a Mini Australian Shepherd who loves to play with other dogs. I am a part time teacher, so I am free after 12:30 M-F and weekends. For the months of June and July I am available any time during the day/night. Anytime I let pets out in the yard I will be out there with them to ensure they are safe and not getting out of the yard. We have a fairly large, fenced in flat back yard which is perfect for running around or playing fetch. I take my pup on two walks per day, one in the morning and the other shortly before dinner time (that is flexible for whether your dog needs more or less than that). My dog, Cooper, is a 4 year old old energetic and lovable Mini Australian Shepherd mix. He loves to play, but also loves his nap times throughout the day. He gets along with all dogs.

About: I’ve had dogs and taken care of dogs my whole life. 1 of my families dogs currently has had a history of being aggressive with other dogs. This has trained me to be very alert and careful while walking him. I’ve learned many tactics in that regard. I also just love dogs and would be so happy to take care of your dog like it’s my own. I take only online classes and then have work for a few hours in the evening on Mondays and Wednesdays. So I would be able to make your pet care my priority. I’m very respectful of other people’s space and always make sure to leave someone’s home spotless. I treat your animals like my own, playing, spending time, and caring for them as much as I can. I also am pretty active so I enjoyed taking my own dogs on their daily walks, and would definitely making sure your dogs get one if applicable.

About: I started my own dog walking and pet sitting business at eight caring for dogs, lizards, birds, cats and snakes. As an adult, I've worked as a dog trainer, doggy day care host, dog rehabber and in wild life rescue and rehab. I also have experience in trapping and rehabbing feral dogs. I have experience in giving oral medications, subcutaneous shots, as well as a plethora of behavioral issues such as separation anxiety, obedience, resource guarding and more. + I have my own private, insurance independent of Rover. + Every dog is treated as if they are my own. And I am happy to work on behavioral issues. I've successfully integrated several anxious, timid dogs that are normally too fear-prone for adventures into my pack. I work with dogs as a boarder and day care host full time and will spend as much time one on one with your dog as it takes for them to become fully integrated and happy with the pack. I'm a dog behaviorist/trainer who prefers boarding and taking dogs on fun adventures to training sessions. Now that I own my own home, I can make that dream a reality. I do this full time. While I own close to an acre of un-fenced land, there is a secure deck where your dog can play and freely enter and exit the house at will. There's a daily hike for the pack and a park nearby. My home is filled with toys, bones, and dog beds. Unless requested by the owner, I don't crate dogs. They're free to sleep in the bed with me, lounge on the couch, or simply pick the floor. :)

About: I’ve have experience caring for both cats and dogs. I currently have four cats in my home, all healthy adults of 5 years and up that I raised from kittens. Before them, I had a cat for 16 years and a beagle for nine years. As a child, we had multiple dogs and cats. I don’t think there has ever been a time when I haven’t had at least one pet. I am not currently employed so my schedule is very open and flexible nearly every day. Same day appointments are also an option most days. I currently live in an apartment with my partner and four cats. Having a partner in my own home to be with our pets helps me to be more physically and mentally available for my clients, especially for house sitting jobs that may be long term.
