About: Volunteered at a vet clinic & pet sat for friends and family & discovered the joy of comforting pets when they're feeling anxious and home sick. I am pursuing a master's in computer science at UNM, and my schedule can be flexible. I will be home for the most part, but if I ever need to step away it's only for a couple hours. My boyfriend and I work as a team in caring for our dogs, and we do the same for our clients. It's normal for your pet to feel homesick, so we do our best to make them feel like they are at home and give them the quality time and affection they are used to from their loved ones ❤️ Baxter is 9 yo pit mix & Chiqui is an 8 yo Pomeranian/chihuahu. We have a small fenced yard and a kennel that Baxter uses for whenever we have to leave the house to run errands. Our dogs sleep in their beds upstairs in our bedroom, and we set up your pet's bed next to us as well. We typically ask clients to bring their pet's bed or crate/kennel and a blanket or toy they like to cuddle with to remind them of home 🤍 If you could also pack their food, food bowl, and leash for their stay, that would be great! 🐾

About: Hello, my name is Leevi. Since I was young, I have always been the one taking care of the family pets. I love all animals, and taking care of them. I have leashed and behaviorally trained multiple dogs for friends and family, as well as served as the designated animal watcher for both cats and dogs for friends and family. I have also raised multiple jumping spiders and lizards. I care about the needs of all animals; seeing them happy makes me happy. I work full-time from 5:00 p.m. to midnight, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off. Despite my evening work schedule, I maintain an active lifestyle and enjoy staying productive throughout the day. As soon as I wake up, I am usually on the move, whether I am exercising, running errands, handling personal responsibilities, or spending time outdoors. I value making the most of my mornings and early afternoons before beginning my shift. I will care for your fur baby with the same patience, attention, and affection I have always given my own pets—as a valued member of the family. I understand that every dog has a unique personality, routine, and set of needs, and I am committed to providing dependable, compassionate care that helps them feel safe and comfortable while you are away. I have hands-on experience training and caring for several of my family’s dogs. My experience includes leash training, reinforcing positive behaviors, administering oral medications, maintaining feeding schedules, and providing regular walks and playtime. I am comfortable following specific care instructions and adapting to each dog’s energy level, temperament, and daily routine. I am also attentive to the ways dogs communicate their needs. Whether a dog is feeling stressed, hungry, excited, tired, overheated, or simply in need of reassurance, I recognize the importance of observing their body language and behavior closely. I prioritize safe walks, hydration, a calm environment, and plenty of positive interaction to ensure each dog receives the care and attention they deserve.

About: I have always had a strong connection and love for animals. I have just recently rescued one of my cats, Gustavo, and saved him from an infection. The love I give for my pets is what I guarantee for your pets. I feel that every pet should get the same attention and love as a human being would, meaning that 100% of my focus would be on taking care of them and making sure they feel comfortable with me. Last minute drop-off or check ins are super okay with me! I know how unpredictable life can get and I would love to take some of that stress off and be able to care for your pets. I currently work a part time job but that doesn't mean in no way that your animals do not come first. The scheduling I have listed is accurate and during that time I'm always available for your needs! I have two cats and a dog I love dearly. I make sure to keep all my animals are healthy and active. I take following instructions, maintaining routines, securing the home, and keeping owners informed very seriously. Most importantly, I genuinely love cats and care deeply about their well-being. Every cat in my care will be treated with the same patience, protection, and compassion. I’m available most days and weekends. I work from home so my schedule is flexible. I primarily provide pet sitting in my clients’ homes, where cats can remain comfortable in their familiar surroundings and maintain their normal routines. I follow each owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding, fresh water, medication, litter-box care, playtime, companionship, and any special needs. I also provide updates so owners can feel confident that their cats and homes are being well cared for. References from previous in-home pet-sitting clients are available upon request. I generally do not care for cats in my own home, but I may consider special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. My home has multiple levels, no children, and a securely fenced backyard. I provide grooming services for cats only and on a case by case basis. I do no clip nails. I have years of experience bathing and properly cleaning cats, both my own and strays. I can provide the service for a small fee.

About: I have trained and raised family dogs growing up. My family loves doberman's so I have a lot of experience with bigger dogs as well as medium more energetic dogs like German shorthaired pointers. I have experience taking care of family friends dogs as well from dogs of any size or breed. I'm currently attending school at UNM on MWF. I am available for early morning and night drop-ins Sunday-Monday as well as afternoon visits on Mondays and Fridays. My dog is high energy. I play with her favorite toys when I get home and take her on daily walks around the neighborhood. My dog loves pats and I give her lots of attention.

About: Family and friends have trusted me to feed, walk and play with their lovely pets for the past 4 years. As a huge animal lover, it would be my pleasure to help with their loved ones. About: I love dogs and have two of my own Bernie and Bruno, who are very good boys. I work near my home and therefore can check in on fur babies regularly. I walk my dogs twice a day during the week and more on the weekend. I spend most of my time at home with my dogs. I’m happy to follow any specific needs a dog may have. In my home I allow the dogs on furniture and in bed for cuddles. My dogs are very friendly with other dogs.
