About: I have been caring for animals since my childhood and have several of my own. I am a veterinary assistant and am comfortable with animals of all ages and sizes, as well as with responsibilities such as administering medication, walks, special diets, etc. I work full time at a veterinary clinic. My work days are Thursday-Sunday 8:30am-5:30pm, and half days on Mondays. I can always check on pets during lunch breaks, and I am available for overnights. I will always work with your pets needs, whether that is a walking schedule, medications, or other routines that are essential for their well being.

About: Hi, I’m Madison! I’m 20 years old and currently in college studying nutrition. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and feel comfortable with all kinds of personalities, ages, and sizes. Since I was about 12, friends, neighbors, and my parents’ coworkers have trusted me to stay in their homes and care for their pets for days or even weeks at a time. I’m calm, playful, and organized, and dogs tend to relax around me pretty quickly. I’m home for the summer, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to focus on pet care. I also have experience caring for small animals like guinea pigs and goldfish, so I’m used to handling different routines and making sure every pet feels safe and cared for. Pet care fits really naturally into my routine right now. I’m home for the summer, so I have plenty of free time to check in on dogs, take them out, and give them lots of attention and playtime. My other job is part‑time and fully online, which means my hours are very flexible. I can easily adjust my day around each pet’s needs, whether that’s sticking to a routine or adding in extra walks and cuddles. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine and environment exactly the way they’re used to. I follow the owner’s instructions closely — feeding schedules, walks, medications, crate routines, and any house rules — so their dog feels safe and settled. I’m naturally organized, so I keep track of details and make sure everything stays clean and consistent. Growing up, I was always taught to leave every space cleaner than I found it, and I bring that same mindset into every home I care for. I’m calm and patient, which helps dogs relax around me, but I’m also playful and happy to give them extra attention, outdoor time, and affection. I always double‑check doors, gates, and leashes for safety, and I treat the home with the same respect I’d want someone to treat mine. About: Hi! We’re Kathy and Val. We recently moved to Albuquerque from Santa Fe. We both work from home as contractors and are available for dog boarding and doggie day care at our home. We have 2 dogs, Odin and Brady, who are very friendly. We are very active and enjoy long walks, hikes, etc. We also enjoy cuddling with dogs and sharing lots of love with them. Since we work from home our schedule is flexible. We are available from 7am - 9pm. Daycare (full day) and boarding include a 1-2hr hike, depending on activity level and need of the dog. For boarding the hikes can be as often as every other day depending on their activity level and needs. I currently work from home so caring for my pet and the pets of others is a nice way for me to get off the computer and outside. Your dog will receive play-time, walks, cuddles, and treats (if allowed) from me! I try to stick to their routine/times of going out as much as possible.

“Rachel is just wonderful! We were out of contact for the 2 weeks that she watched our 2 kitties, one of whom was recently very ill. She interacted with our outgoing cat & sent pictures of his bliss, and also just checked on the other who was under the bed each time she arrived. Both cats were happy and healthy when we arrived and the shy cat had even put on weight. The litter area and cat food areas were left spotless, and it was obvious that she takes this job seriously. Rachel is extremely personable and did not hesitate to meet and interact with our outgoing cat. We will always use her as a sitter! Anyone with a hiking cat can't be wrong for a cat sitter!”

About: I’ve been living with dogs in my household since I was 2 years old. In that time, I’ve come to learn that each dog has their own individual needs and demands that must be uniquely met. About: In college I was a house and pet sitter. I have had pets since I was in elementary school and am now a senior. I currently have three dogs of my own. I’m emotionally intelligent and good to work with. I work a half day as an Occupational Therapist educator in Wednesdays and as an OT practitioner on Fridays. About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life. Since I was 12, it’s been my responsibility to take care of our English Setter. This began with me helping to train him. My role was to reinforce the lessons taught at the PetSmart classes. I’ve regularly walked, bathed, and taken to the vet our dog as well. I love animals of all kinds and care a lot about giving them the loving attention they deserve. I currently work part time 6 days a week, with Sundays off. I work from home, and regularly have mornings and early afternoons completely available. I have more than enough time for several appointments just about every day of the week. At the moment I do not own any pets, as my landlord does not allow it. I am unable to provide any services that would require my home. But I’ve lived with and cared for both dogs and cats my entire life, with great regularly since I was 12. I know what I’m doing when it comes to our furry companions. I’d love to provide walks, visits, and any other services I can.

About: I’ve been trusted to care for elderly dogs that need medication, to the littles still in potty training. I will follow whatever instructions are left to give the best care. Even if your baby needs their food “cooked” on the stove or need to be tucked in for a story. I’ve raised two dogs of my own and one cat, all who love to play. Ex-teacher on summer break so my schedule is open. I will be starting school in the fall so scheduling will change but I can easily be flexible and respond quickly. I can accommodate crating, open, yards, going for walks, etc. I aim to give your pet consistency so they are safe and comfortable when in my care.
