About: From childhood & on, i have always had pets; ranging from furry to feathered friends. I am an animal lover & active. I walk my dog everyday as a bonding moment, exercise & mental stimulation. My family & friends have trusted me to take care of their dogs/pets more than i can count. I trained my brother & sister-in-law’s puppy to walk on leash, crate, sit & paw. I helped my friend, Emily, with her newly rescued dog. I rescued an elderly chihuahua that relied on medications & required extensive attention. I am comfortable with all dog breeds. I use Tractive GPS and do in person meet and greet with no commitment. I am going to school in January & have too much time on my hands. I am available daily to walk a half hour to an hour. My pets eat before I do, your pet will have my full attention as well. I have a fenced in backyard & a rescued beagle mix. I take him on daily walks, feed, bathe, brush, etc. I always watch my surroundings & can handle dogs that pull. Your dog is safe with me.

I use to work at a doggie daycare for a year and I use to have a dog walking business when I was 14-18 years old! I’m very active and I love being outside! Long walks and just enjoying outside. I had one dog who was my life he was a German Shepherd and sadly I had to put him down due to cancer. Since he passed I wanted to help care for others family furry friends! I’d rather spend time with dogs than people! I currently work full time at a private school for students with disabilities. It is Monday-Friday 7:45AM-2:45PM. I am fully open after that unless I go to the gym but that’s something I can work around!! For either in my own home or theirs I like to Establishing routines, Ensuring exercise and enrichment, Monitoring health and behavior, Creating a safe environment, Following detailed instructions, Maintaining consistency, Providing companionship and supervision, Communicating updates, Ensuring home respect and security, and I even have Administering medications if required experience from the dog daycare as well as my own pet or family members pets who I have watched .

No problem - I have plenty of flexibility in my schedule to accommodate your needs. I walk up to 5 times daily and I'm happy to do overnight stays up to 2 weeks. I'm happy to work holidays depending on my availability. Ahead of my overnight stay, we will set up an in-person or virtual meeting to discuss detailed care instructions. Meal prep and walks are included, as well as additional requests per your pet's individual needs. I will refill and change their water, tidy up the house, and tuck them in at night to ensure they're as comfortable as possible.

Julia sent frequent updates on Boulder and another bonus was that she is a photographer and takes beautiful photos!!
