About: If you're looking for a dog-lover and loyal caretaker, I'm here for you and your pet! I'm happy to provide a loving space for your pet while you travel, or walks when needed. I work from home mostly--I am in the office two days a week (every Tuesday and Wednesday.) All other days I am flexible with my schedule. Pets are welcome on my furniture--while they are here, they are free to make themselves comfortable! Playtime, walks and car rides (if they like them) are encouraged.

“I had Ivy stay with my girl Cassie for 3 nights. She did a great job! Cassie and I loved her on our meet and greet. She was very respectful of my home as well. She took the time to write down all feeding and medication times because she knew how important it was to give her medication every 12 hours. I would definitely recommend her to care for your pets. I get nervous leaving Cassie when I have to travel for work, but Ivy staying with her definitely put my mind at ease. I will be using her again for my next trip in a few weeks!”

About: I offer compassion, patience and understanding. My experience with dogs began as it does for many when I was a child. My grandfather was a dog trainer. He often brought home stray and injured animals. From him, I gained a wealth of knowledge and respect for animals. Throughout my life I have always had various breeds of dog for companionship and have been fascinated with their behavior and psychology. I have been fortunate to experience first hand the stubbornness of English Bulldogs, the hyper activity of Labrador retrievers, and the gentle weight of mastiff's. Beyond the breed specific traits, I found that each and every dog stands as an individual. Just like people, they all have a unique character and needs. I sincerely hope that you may consider me to care for your companion. I am available after 9:00am weekdays and weekends. However special accommodations can be made. My work is remote and allows for a very flexible work schedule. Your dog sees the world through its nose and as such, we will take our time on walks to let them sniff to their heart’s content. Heavy leash pullers are welcome too. During in home care, I adhere to your dog’s daily routines and schedule of feedings, walks, outdoor breaks and medicines when required. Ample playtime and belly rubs are included at no extra charge. Extended park walks and nature hikes can be scheduled to expose your dog to stimulating new environments and experiences.

About: I started my experience dog walking 2 years ago for a professor’s friend in Winchester, Virginia. Twice a week, I would walk her hyper pups. She then recommended me to her father, whose dog I began walking twice a week as well. From there, my mini business boomed through word of mouth. I began dog sitting in people’s homes as well for multiple individuals for varying time spans. Most of the dogs I interacted with were seniors and required extensive care. However, all dogs owners loved and recommended me to others! I still walk the original dogs and add in others as my schedule allows with two other jobs. I am sad to leave my extensive clientele in Winchester, but I am moving back to New Jersey for graduate school and excited to meet new puppy friends!! For the summertime, I am incredibly flexible with nothing planned. I prefer weekly walks / drop ins, but also like sitting as well. In August, I start physical therapy school at Columbia University so my availability will decrease but I’d be willing to provide services on nights / weekends. During breaks, my availability will open up again! Whenever walking / sitting, I respect the owner’s rules, no matter what. I long to maintain utmost cleanliness and adherence to routine as physically possible. I am also very communicative and honest, building trust with my clients.

About: Full-time aunt to Kobe, a silky terrier 6 year-old sassy, well trained boy, with a strong personality. Part-time aunt to all of my friend's animals, cats/dogs, of all shapes and sizes. Super observant of animal behavior in order to understand animals needs. Highly prioritize communicating with owners about their animals, to learn and adapt to animals/owners needs. I enjoy active days, especially with a cool dog to run around or play ball with. I'm also just as good at lounging around as your cat is, if it needs someone to fluff around with, I'm that person too. I can hold down my own, when it comes to extra large sized animals or even the fiercest of them all- the tiny animals. Besides creating a fun environment for your animals, I'm also creating a positive active environment for myself. Nothing makes me happier than cool animals, they are great company. I am a fan of walks as it is, so to have an animal join me in my outdoor adventures sounds like the perfect day to me. I am currently in a space where I am working from home, so it's been nice to have the company from all the animals as well as a reason to get up from my desk during the daily walks. I am quite clean when it comes to animals, so wiping of the paws after entering from the outdoors is on a list of to-do's for me. They do after all, sleep in our beds and walk on our couches. I also do not like ingredients like wheat and filler, so I always make sure to have any/all treats or foods with ingredients that will elongate the life rather than cut it short. I do not actually have the space to board at this time, but I am more than accommodating to keeping animals in their home space to make sure they are in their most comfortable mental state, while their parent/parents are away.

About: Where I live I’m not allowed to have any animals which is not a dream however, I get to live out my dream when I get to care and enjoy your animals while you are gone for the day or on trips! I work part time and I am a student. I like to keep the animals on the same timeline as you have them if I can. I will make the best accommodation I can! I enjoy playing and have fun while keeping the pet active. I try to keep everyone on their normal routine just with a spin of fun!
