About: I’ve owned dogs for over 10 years and currently have 3 of my own. Over the years I’ve become experienced in caring for dogs with special needs. I love that I can be that voice for them. I currently work Sun-Wed but available if you need a weekend off or you even just need a day to run errands. I’ll be glad to take care of your pet. I have a fenced yard as well as crates if needed. I do have 3 other dogs that just chill all day which one has special needs. There is also an influx of toys that they can choose from.

About: Over 20 years as a dog owner. I'm semi-retired. I've been watching friends' and friends of friends' pets for years. I've been the only house/dog sitter for a pair of Dalmatians for the last 5 years. “Abby saved Arty’s life while she was sitting. He became very seriously ill the second day I was gone. I was on a boat in glacier bay Alaska and could not be reached for 2 days. I had not left a letter authorizing payment to his vets (my bad) and when she called, they refused. So she had the good sense to show up at their door with him in their arms after calling everyone who I listed as support and trying on her own to revive him. (He is diabetic). He had been in ICU for 2 days by the time I got all her messages. The waters parted and I was able to get home the same day. In the meantime, she visited him in ICU and gave him love and encouragement. It turned out that he had a ruptured gall bladder and they removed it along with cleaning out all the granular black debris from his abdominal cavity. He has almost recovered completely now, only one week later. I know he would not be alive if it wasn’t for Abby. Grateful is an understatement! Abby is all that a pet owner could want to look after their beloved fur baby.”

About: I’ve taken care of different breeds and types of dogs, including catahoula leopard dogs, golden retrievers, labs, yorkies, and hounds, over the past couple of years. The dogs I’ve taken care of range from the ages of 3 months to 13 years. I have also taken care of pups after being neutered, which required extra attention to incision site as well as giving daily medications. I’m currently working full time in San Jose, but am completely available weekends. I also am available early mornings and late evenings. I have in the past worked from home to stay with pups for multiple days in a row. The dogs I have cared for have always been in the client’s home, which have been both indoor and outdoor dogs.
