“My sitter Madalys did a great job. She sent pictures everyday with an update on my sweet kitty Chloe. Madalys responded quickly to my texts. And was very kind and loving so my rating of Madalys is PURRFECT”

“Lindsay tood great care of my elderly cat for a week and a half while I was out of the country. She kept him fed and with fresh water, gave him his medication, and spent some time socializing him each day. I would happily have her take care of my pet next time we need help!”

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was a teenager. I’ve done my research on breeds and personalities to make sure pets feel comfortable and safe around me. I’m no Cat Whisperer, but I have given cats and kittens baths with no injuries on me 😂 Love to spoil all the goodest boys and girls. Work from Home most days, occasionally I host short events on the weekends. Schedule is flexible and I try my best to manage my time appropriately. I like to keep to pet’s schedule, you being away is change enough ☺️ For walks I like to ask if there’s a specific route the pup prefers.

About: As a dog lover for as long as I can remember, I truly enjoy expanding my caregiving services to others. My household has raised many types of breeds, from German shepherds to golden retrievers to miniature schnauzers. For the last 10 years, I’ve cared for my close friends’ and neighbors’ dogs for their vacations and trips, and would like to offer my services to those who are looking for peace of mind while away! I live very close to a state park for long walks, a fenced in pool area, and spacious backyard. Since my yard is not fenced in, I allow the dogs to roam freely within the pool area or take multiple walks per day in my neighborhood. I also understand what it’s like to worry about my pups while traveling, and would love to be the sense of relief for your four-legged family members! I currently work part-time and my daily schedule tends to vary; however, your pet is my priority before and after my scheduled shift. I understand the importance of consistency in a dog’s routine and will try to stick to it as closely as possible. A lot of love. Additionally, as someone who loves the outdoors, I am happy to host or take care of pets who need a lot of exercise. In terms of safety, I never let them off leash unless the area is fenced in.

About: I've done house/petsisting in the past & thought I'd get back into it. I can either come to your house (for dogs) or take your cat at my apartment. I currently work full time M-F 8-5. I can do after work or on the weekends. I live in Bethel...so local would be nice to have. I cannot care for dogs at my apartment. I can go to your house or I can take cats. I have a small apartment good for snuggling.

I have a big back yard, fenced, no harmful pesticides. Your fur babies can run around to their hearts content. I offered daily walk during boarding( weather permitting). 2. Drop in visit. I usually visit twice a day, staying one hour or more each time. Following the client' instruction on routines for your pet. Small, medium, and Large dogs are all welcome. 3. Day Care, usually 8 hours duration, your fur pal gets plenty of companionship from my dogs, on our laps, backyard and daily walks. Plenty cuddle time and what ever routine you prefer. Small breed only. 4.Walks: each walk is 30 min or 1 hour. if you need other service besides during that time just let me know. Small, medium, and Large dogs are all welcome. A little bit about myself, I live with husband and 2 fur babies. I have owned various size and breed of dogs since I was in elementry schools. Right now I have 2 small dogs( both were adopted), one is a senior and one is handicapped. They go out for walks at least 30 min per day in the parks, and I groom them myself. We trained them well and they dont beg by the table, they dont bark for no reasons, and they are well socialized. I am so grateful for able to take care them. One of the dog is 14 years old she got adopted by us at age 7, she came with anxiety issues. we retrained her to relieve herself outdoor, she learned fast, and she was rehabilitated into a wonderful, fun, loving dog. The handicapped one has a birth defects but he is the sweetest dog I ever owned, he is well behaved and very smart. I want to pour more time into taking care of these amazing pets, they are not just dogs, they are our family, companions and true friends I work as arts and craft teacher at elementry school (5 hours per week). I also teach 3 hours per week at the YMCA. I have ample time to take care of the dogs. At my home the dogs are being monitored with servalliace camera. I let them out every 2 -4 hours during the day if I am home. Our yard is fenced. They get 2 meals a day. some treats. I follow clients instruction on taking care of dogs.

About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life! At home, I have a playful Havanese, Pepper, and a lazy but sweet cat, Ozzy, whom I love so dearly! Beyond my own pets, I’ve looked after dogs of all sizes for friends and family, gaining hands-on experience with a variety of temperaments and routines. I’m responsible, attentive, and treat every pet like they’re my own. I’d love the chance to give your pets the care, love, and attention they deserve! I’m currently working a part-time job that is very flexible and gives me ample free time. I would love to put this free time to use by taking care of pets! I respect your space and the routine your pet has in place and will do my best to replicate it to ensure their comfort. I maintain regular feeding, walking, and playtime schedules. I love getting to know each pet and their personalities individually to know how I can best serve them. I also send picture updates to ensure your comfortability as a pet owner!

About: I’ve been taking care of my friends and family’s pets seriously since I was 16 and have always loved it. I volunteered at a rescue shelter for a while in highschool and even had created my own dog treat business that I would sell at any pet festivals and then donate the money to a dog shelter. I work part time at a restaurant and am going full time to UConn but am back for the summer and will be free at anytime to watch your dog! I am used to taking dogs on long walks due to always growing up with very active dogs and have an Australian Shepard myself currently. I’ve also always been active my entire life doing track and cross country so I’ll have the energy for whatever your dog needs.

I will definitely use them again when we go away.”

About: I grew up in a household with a Doberman and 9 cats. Over the years I have had both cats and dogs. Currently I have one dog and 5 cats. My heart dog recently passed. I have three cats that require meds, one of whom is diabetic. I am comfortable with needles as I give insulin twice a day. Also, my pup who passed was paralyzed, so I am skilled at expressing bladders and other tasks involved with disabled pets. I currently work part-time, so I have time to pop over for visits as needed. I generally work from home, so pets are welcome here as long as they are cat-friendly. We have a large fenced-in yard, so if your pup needs to come here for a bit, that is not a problem. I do have 5 cats, so must be cat-friendly. I also have a pug who is vey friendly. Of course I am available for visits in your home as well.

About: Hello! I have grown up with dogs and cats my whole life. Growing up, I used to petsit for friends and neighbors quite often, as well as care for my own. Since my apartment does not allow pets, I am unable to have a pet of my own, so petsitting allows me to spend time with animals. I have a very gentle, caring, and playful approach to caring for animals, because I know that is what they deserve. I would love nothing more than to help with your petsitting needs! I am currently home for summer break, so my schedule is very flexible. I am available for walking, drop-ins, or overnight care. I am always punctual! I will treat everybody's pets like my own. While walking dogs, I will be aware of my surroundings and make sure to keep your dog(s) safe. During all visits, I will always give your pets the love, care, and attention they deserve.

“Patricia has taken care of my Jack Russell terriers and has done an excellent, caring job. She made sure she knew their habits, food and walking schedule and who their vet was and how to contact if necessary. She is known for her love of cats and dogs, and I have recommended her to friends who had an occasional need for a reliable caregiver for a short while.”

Yushin "Tina" P.Star Sitter
“Tina, seems to always have had dogs in her life, even a dog picture on her credit card. She is the only dog owner I've ever known to regularly floss her dogs and not just brush their teeth, prep great delicious healthy canine meals, play with them, and walk them regularly. She is passionate in her care of her furry friends and seems to know what her dog friends are telling her and great at addressing their needs and keeping their tails wagging. Tina will be a great addition to the Rover.com community. The world will be a better place because of her TLC. Jon”

Laura K.
“I strongly recommend Laura to care for your pet(s). Not only is she my mother, but is a mom to our five cats and two dogs at home - quite the zoo! Unfortunately, one of our precious doggies has recently passed; he was a silver pug that sustained an accident at 4-years old, leaving him paralyzed in his hind legs. Laura was determined to give him the best quality of life possible, ensuring to make the best decisions on his behalf. The time and money needed to invest in caring for a paralyzed pet is abundant, but she never hesitated. She learned to express his bladder, clear his bowels, became an expert in wound care, and was constantly brainstorming ideas to make his life easier. Not to mention, we have a diabetic cat that requires a strict schedule of insulin twice a day and blood glucose checks throughout. She dedicates most of her time towards caring for our pets, and would love the opportunity to care for your fur babies as well. Not only is Laura very capable, but she has an incredibly big heart; I trust her wholeheartedly and could not recommend enough!”

Daniel M.
“Daniel was such a great walker and sitter for my big dog, Remi. Remi is a large German shepherd who can be reactive towards other dogs, and Dan did an amazing job keeping Remi happy and on good behavior. Every time Dan comes to walk Remi, she is so excited to see him, so I know she is in good hands. Thanks for all of your help, Dan!”
