She treated both of them with the love and respect I'd give them myself. She was very attention to detail oriented and followed all my instructions even though they may have been overwhelming! She even opened and closed my blinds for the animals! She sent photo updates and detailed messages every check in and was excellent at communicating any needs, thoughts or concerns. About: I currently have 3 rescued cats and 2 rescued dogs. I grew up in a neighborhood where everyone had animals and one even had farm animals. I never really got to help with the farm animals but when neighbors went on vacation I would care for their cats, dogs, guinea pigs, bunnies, and even hedgehogs. I cared for animals of all ages! Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
