About: I've always had a deep love for animals of all shapes and sizes. This has led me to manage my own small farm. This experience has given me the opportunity in pet care. I'm used to the high-level responsibility of keeping diverse animals healthy, happy, and safe. Ready to fill summer spots. Book your vacation times now for June thru Aug. I'm currently working at an elementary school so can only provide care in the evenings at this time, and anytime weekends. Full open schedule beginning June 12. When caring for your pets in their own home, my goal is to keep their routine as consistent as possible. I also provide daily photo updates if you would like.
About: I grew up with dogs as a kid. As an adult I’ve owned 2 dogs for a total of 4 years. The first I had for 3 years and had gotten him from a friend due to PCS. My current is a GSD that I got as an 8 week puppy who is currently over a year old that I trained myself. I currently work about 6-8 hours a day but have a short commute to work so if needed, I am able to check in on pets on a more frequent basis. I take my dog outdoors pretty frequently since he’s high energy whether it be on walks or for play in the yard. At least once a week, I take him somewhere public to work on his socialization and training with distractions. We train pretty frequently as well and have to say he does pretty well so if you’d like, I can assist in anything you’re trying to train. Disclaimer though, I’m not a professional trainer, only dogs I’ve trained are the ones I’ve owned. I live in a house with a pretty large fenced yard. I’m a big advocate for dogs getting activity, whether that’s physical like a walk or play outside or if it’s any kind of mental stimulation. My dog is crate trained and stays in his crate while I am not at home. I would prefer the same of your pet to ensure safety of your fur baby while I am away. Once I’m home, I allow my dog to free roam the house and will do the same for yours. My dog has been around several dogs and cats and is very friendly, social and playful, however, if needed, I have the ability to separate animals that don’t get along to ensure their safety. If there’s any questions on care I provide, please feel free to reach out! I’m pretty flexible and will do my best provide the care your pet is used to/needs.

“Leah was absolutely amazing! She spent 45 mins getting to know our 3 pups and myself during our meet and greet and I instantly knew that she was going to give them so much love. We have 2,4,and 8 yr old dogs. She gave them lots of love and attention and checked in frequently with us. The pictures were some of the cutest we’ve seen of them. The updates were extra detailed and she even helped out with our trash bins which we’d forgotten when leaving out of town. We will definitely rebook Leah any time we head out of town!”
