“We found Rover while we were looking for someone to care for our two young cats while we went on a 2-week vacation. It was our first time using a service like this and were admittedly pretty nervous. In the end, we couldn't be happier with how things went with Allison. Our cats are nervous around people other than us, and within just a couple of days, the photos Allison sent showed both cats so happy and relaxed. Allison was professional and so easy to work with. We cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“Amanda was so great with our kitten! We did a met a greet the day before we left for vacation. She asked great questions & took notes. You can tell she really cares about each animals (and humans) needs while pet sitting. The pictures & visit summary were great. We will definitely be using Amanda again.”

About: I’ve grown up with big dogs my entire life. I’m not afraid of any dog and am willing to accommodate to any of their needs since both of my dogs currently require individual care for their medical needs! I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to care for your pups!! Weekends I am also pretty free since I’m not in school currently and off for the summer! I have 2 dogs myself and I get up with them in the mornings, let them out, feed them, and play with them every morning. I usually then in the afternoon take them out again for an afternoon potty break and play with them outside again. Finally, around 5, I will feed both of them and take them on a nightly walk. I also love to cuddle with my dogs at home and give them lots of treats!!

About: Hello! I’d love to care for your pet! I’ve grown up with larger dogs, and have a 9 year old yellow lab, Moose. She is my fur baby and tends to get spoiled. We are active (walks and dog park visits), as I want your pet to enjoy him/herself. I am a teacher, so my availability is open more so in the summer and holidays. My husband and I do not have any additional children yet, so my schedule can include your pet! I can wash and dry pets, feed them, walk them, brush them, play with them, etc. I house/pet sit for family and friends, and am comfortable around most animals. I’m almost always guilty of asking to pet dogs while doing errands, because that’s just where my heart is. I’d love to give your doggo some love, attention, and fun. I am a teacher, so right now my availablity is just the weekends. However, I am available for longer breaks (holidays and spring!), vacations, and summer. I like to give the pets attention (play or pet them/spend time with them) and keep them engaged and entertained. I like walking and hiking, so taking them for walks or to a park is great!

“My cats received excellent care while I was on vacation. The family loved receiving the pictures while we were away. She really gave us all peace of mind.”

“Cheryl is the very best! We left our 21+ diabetic cat in her care for 5 days. And while I know he missed us, he had a lot of great care and snuggle time with his new friend. Cheryl is in healthcare so Thomas's insulin shots were not a challenge and her sweet loving nature made Thomas happy and his parents her able to enjoy a long weekend! Thank you sweet lady!”

Julianna M.
“Julianna is just a natural with pets. She’s grown up with large dogs. We have two currently and the bond she has with them both is unmistakable. Our rescue dog came to us with anxiety and lack of confidence. He’s done fabulous because of Julianna’s love, and is her sleepover buddy whenever she’s home from college. He will only do sleep overs with her I’ll add. Our dogs both clearly respect her as a “pack leader”. She knows exactly how to establish boundaries and discipline for their behavior. She also is highly attentive with any home based medical needs that come up - ear drops, first aid care of cuts, scratches, etc. She provides baths, no small task given their sizes and energy! I trust and have total confidence always in Julianna with our dogs. I’ve learned much from her even! She’s fantastic with pets and anyone will be very fortunate to have her for their Rover caretaker.”

Heather Z.
“Heather has watched my dog and cat numerous times. She is punctual and pleasant. I have watched her with my pets and she is open and friendly with them. She gets down on the floor to play with them. I think they have a better time with her than they do with me. A definite asset.”

Jeanee S.

“My cats received excellent care while I was on vacation. The family loved receiving the pictures while we were away. She really gave us all peace of mind.”

Kimberlee V.
“Kim was a pleasure to work with when I boarded by greyhound, Vinny, with her. Vinny is fairly low-maintenance, but Kim went above and beyond nonetheless to ensure that he had a smooth transition to her home. She provided daily pictures and updates about Vinny while I was away, giving me peace of mind in knowing that he was in a safe place. Would recommend Kim for any dog owner who's looking to make sure their pup has a comfortable, loving home to go to while they're away.”

Alexandra L.
“I couldn't think of anyone I would rather trust my animals with than Alie. I have seen her interact with many different dogs and they all seem to love and trust her. In my opinion dogs are great judges of character and I have never seen a dog shy away from Alie. I know who I'm calling if I ever need any of my animals cared for and it isn't the Ghostbusters.”

Halle W.
“While gone for a weekday trip Halle came to Minnesota to watch my dog, Bella. She is an adorable Golden doodle with high energy. Halle was able to stay at my home when we were gone and gave Bella as much attention as we would've given her had we been home. She was able to play with Bella and explore local parks with her. She also made sure to send cute videos of her to our family that was missing her so much on vacation. Halle was also nice enough to take care of a few extra things around our house like watering our plants and gathering the mail.”

Cheryl & Josh G.
“Cheryl is my sister and we both grew up with animals. We were taught to be loving and caring pet owners. Cheryl and I ran a pet sitting business for a few years until we had children. She and her son love animals and have cared for both small and large animals. Cheryl is very trustworthy and responsible. My husband and I have trusted her to care for our son, dogs and cats. Daysia B.
“Daysia helped me out a ton by housesitting and keeping my fur babies in the comfort of their home for an extended period of time. I have 1 cat and 1 dog, they bicker a bit with each other, but never humans. She followed the clear instructions I provided and cleaned up after herself. I have no issues stocking up on extra snacks, drinks, and providing a comfortable environment when I have someone looking after the safety of my pets, and I know the sitters appreciate it. I have asked Daysia many of times to sit for me even if it is just for 1-2 days! She is humorous, responsible, and very dependable!”
