About: I've taken care of dogs since I was young, neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to keep their pups happy, safe and clean. I also have previous work experience in a doggy daycare as well as 1 year of minor dog training experience with a certified instructor. I currently work a full time job in which I get done at 4 pm which would give me plenty of time to hang out with your pups after work everyday. I can stop in before work as well as my lunch break. My dogs are on a schedule and I will respect and adhere to your schedule for your dogs. I will make sure that they get plenty of exercise just like my own as well as plenty of love and pets!!

About: I grew up with dogs in my home since I was a toddler. I have watched/washed/walked animals all my life for family and friends my whole life. I am a stay at home mom to a 6 year old and a 6 month old. I have plenty of time in my schedule for taking care or animals. I can easily take the dogs for a walk to let them go potty along with getting some fresh air. I can give meds to animals whenever needed. I am currently a stay at home mom, so I will be home all day if boarding. I am reliable with transportation! I also have my own puppy so that way your puppy will have company! I have a fenced in yard, so no animals can run away (unless the sneak past my front door), my own puppy will keep yours company so they won't get lonely while there parent is not there for the time being!

Takes her a while to go to them. But she literally ran up to her and was all over her wanting to play. Guess dogs really do have instinct on who are comfortable with them & love them. About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals all my life. Grew up on a farm locally and cared for every animal you can imagine. I’m a recently retired educator with a huge heart. I have a safe and clean home and a fenced in back yard! I presently have 1 dog named Chase who is a 3 year old, well mannered and well trained Pomeranian.Ive had both dogs and cats in past 25 plus years. I will care for your furry family member as if they are my own. Since I am retired I have flexibility with my schedule. I am able to schedule care during the work week to include drop ins, walks and even over night and long term care. I have a large fully fenced back yard. I even have an added puppy fence layer to ensure even the smallest pups are safe and secure. My neighborhood is excellent for dog walking as well. Chase my 10 lb pom is excellent company and a fun playmate.

About: I have always been a dog mom, since the start of adulthood. I was raised with cats and dogs in the home. Professionally, I am a child mental health therapist, and as part of my prior training in Psychology, I completed a field experience at the Nebraska Humane Society using behavior modification to train dogs. I have spent many years housesitting, dog sitting and cat sitting during my professional schooling. As my stepchildren are almost all grown and out of the home, I have found myself with some extra time and would love to help your family with care for your fur babies. I have experience with senior pets as well as giving medications. No reptile experience. I currently have a very flexible schedule and I’m able to make my own schedule at work. This will allow me the flexibility to care for your pets at various times throughout the day and evenings. I have a fence yard and two pets of my own at home. However, as I have a friend that rents a room in my home, I am able to housesit overnight and take care of pets in their own home so they don’t have to be displaced. I am also open to whatever schedule works for each family, for drop in care or walks.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
