About: I’ve been taking care of all types of dogs for over 10 years. I have a very friendly German Shorthair Pointer who loves to play! I’ve trained many puppies who have all grown up to be well-balanced dogs. The last 8 years I have worked as a special education teacher and recently took a role at an outdoor school working part time. This change has freed up my afternoons and I would love to fill that time helping families take care of their animals! My husband works from home and I work part-time as a preschool teacher with plenty of time to play/walk/watch your dogs! We are free on the weekends, too. We love dogs of all ages and sizes. We already take care of our very friendly 4 year old dog so adding more dogs to the schedule is no problem! Ozzy is high energy but the friendliest dog! He loves all dogs, cats, and kids. He is happy to play and run but is also happy to leave other dogs alone if they don’t want to play with him. He is not pushy or aggressive at all. No resource guarding troubles or problems sharing toys or water bowls. I have a fully fenced yard with lots of room to run and play outside. A very friendly GSP to help socialize or burn energy. I am comfortable crating your dog if that’s part of their routine and comfortable feeding and administering medicine as well. Our day is structured to not only meet Ozzy’s (GSP) needs but maintain behavioral expectations as well. To ensure safety, when other dogs visit, I constantly watch their interactions to ensure good behavior/social skills and will intervene to administer breaks or corrections when necessary. The house has ample room to separate dogs if needed.

About: I am a stay at home mom. I love dogs. Our elderly dog passed away a few months ago. I love taking walks. I have 2 boys 6 and 10. I love meeting new dogs and taking care of them. About: I grew up with dogs since age 5 and always had a soft spot in my heart for the runts of the litter. I work as a physical therapist assistant and have even provided care for my own dogs when they got hurt. We currently have two small dogs (2 yrs and 4 months) but have taken care of several senior dogs in the past few years. My husband and I love spending time updating our house and going on bike rides with the dogs to stay active. I currently work part time (Tuesday-Thursday) but my husband works from home full-time. We are home most weekends while we update our house/land so the dogs get plenty of exercise and stimulation. We let our dogs outside every 1-2 hours for short potty breaks, or an hour supervised since our yard isn't fully fenced. Our dogs are fed a couple times a day, and are crated at night but free to roam the house if we leave for a short time. We give them dog treats/bones but do not feed them food from the table in order to support their digestive health and maintain boundaries.

About: 2 Story Home, fully fenced & very safe back yard. I am married with a dog (Lab) of my own. I take pride in our home and would do the same with yours, I don't mind helping with chores if needed as well. Dogs are family to us; we wouldn't want it any other way. Your dog would be treated as one of our own. You can rest easy knowing your dog or cat is being very well taken care of. I am responsible, reliable and honest. I do not do Rover pet sitting for the money, I do it to help others and because I absolute love all animals and truly enjoy being around them and caring for them, all ages and breeds! I started Rover after we took a vacation and found out firsthand how hard it is to find truly reliable people to pet sit. It was an awful experience and I wanted to change that for others. We need more passionate & responsible people offering pet sitting and I figured I would be part of that change. I want to contribute to our community and also reduce the number of animals which end up in rescues or shelters. Sometimes this happens due to lack of available care. We have a fully fenced yard (actually double fenced), your dog can go out or come in as needed. If you prefer to have your dog crated, just let me know your preference and adjustments can be made. About: I’ve taken care of family and friends pets for as long as I can remember! Me and my girlfriend have this rover page together as we host and care for all pets together!! She is a nurse and I work in maintenance meaning we both have very flexible and open schedules- especially during the week!! We have a 8 month old golden retriever puppy who we got when she was eight weeks old. She is fully crate, trained, and potty trained. She’s super sweet with everybody and loves all animals( even our cats)! We feel confident, taking care of a variety of pets and have experience in senior dog care, puppy stages, and everything in between!! as mentioned above I have a very flexible schedule ! I’m open most timings and most days! I love taking them on walks and playing with them! My puppy loves whenever anybody comes over!! I will try to make my schedule around the dog- trying to maintain a safe environment and keep them in their typical and normal routines !
