Shibas can be low maintenance from a general care perspective (grooming, daily habits, etc.), but can be high maintenance when they are anxious - and my pup is no exception to that. But Caroline and Alena took wonderful care of him while we were out of of town, and they will definitely be who we reach out to whenever my pup needs a place to stay.”

About: I'm an active gal who loves the companionship of a pooch while out and about. I love taking dogs on long walks or hikes through the woods or just down the city blocks for a quick leg stretch (and a bathroom stop). I'll be attentive to the needs of your dog, making sure they get plenty of activity, are well hydrated, and fed appropriately. While I don't have a dog of my own currently, I was a dog walker when I lived in New York City and I volunteered for two years with Border Paws Rescue in Rapid City caring for 5 - 10 pups for their pre-bedtime outings. I'm comfortable working with and providing a safe environment for the most goofy and social as well as the most solo and independent pups. I'm happy to accommodate any special needs you and your pup may have. I'm prompt and reliable. I hope to meet you and your pup soon! I work full time, but have flexibility to do bathroom breaks over lunch for kiddos that need more frequent outings. I can take pups on walks in the morning or evening depending on their activity needs. I have a small fenced in yard that is available for outside hangs. I am patient and kind and love to meet the needs of each pup where they are at. I have volunteered in a rescue and am comfortable around dogs of different temperaments.

About: Hey there! I have fostered many dogs in the past. Some for months, until I can help find a great home for them. My back yard in completely fenced, and is a 1/4th of an acre! Lots of area to play, and they will have a nice clean and warm house to come into after! I will follow all of your instructions when taking care of your pet, and care for them like my own! I find myself different from other people because I have a great back yard and very deep love for all breeds and sizes. I will also walk them when the weather is nice, I hope you choose me to take care of your lovely pup. I can also send pictures/ updates daily! About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life! I grew up, always having at least two dogs in the house, so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I’ve also dog sat on many occasions for family members and friends, whether it was for a day or a whole weekend. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and of course, plenty of attention and cuddles! I understand the importance of needing someone you trust to care for your pets and you can trust me to treat your dogs like they’re my own :) I typically work three 12-hour shifts in a row which leaves me with several days off to spend with your pets during the week! This provides me with plenty of time to make sure your pets get the attention, exercise, and companionship they need rather than being left alone for long periods. You can trust that your dog can feel safe and comfortable at my home in my care. I have a fenced in yard where dogs can safely get outside for potty breaks and playtime, along with access to nearby parks and walking trails for plenty of exercise and exploring. I also have toys and treats available to make their stay extra fun. When caring for pets in my own home, I’m happy to follow their normal routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedule, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide. I know pets are often most comfortable in their usual routine/home, so I’ll make sure they get lots of attention and care while they’re away and of course I’m happy to send pictures and updates so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.

About: My daughter Trenna and I grew up with dogs and cats and we love all their different personalities and they bring so much joy to our lives. When you get a dog it’s a commitment. They are our kids. I am looking for a partime job. What a fun opportunity to do something I love. I have three dogs/kids myself. I can’t wait to get home from work and. see their wiggly tails. They don’t care what kind of day you just had, they just want to love on you. When I am home they are wherever I am. During the day they are in their kennels. Two of them are not even 2 yet so they like their toys.
