“Ali was truly amazing! She dog sat for us for 10 days and kept us updated each day with photos and videos. Ali was so sweet and sent us the cutest good morning pictures with themes of our trip. Felt like our fur baby was there with us! She is so kind and I would highly recommend using her for pet sitting!”

“Linda took such great care of Niner while we were out of town! We felt completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. Her communication was excellent, and we loved getting all the picture updates. We would absolutely trust her to watch Niner again!”

“Brooke was great. She provided a safe and friendly environment for Addie. We got lots of photos and videos for all four days she was boarded. I would highly recommend Brooke to anyone needing boarding in Rapid City.”

“Hector has been an amazing host for Wilson, my mini Schnauzer, for the second time. I feel confident leaving Wilson with Hector and his sister, knowing they take good care of him. Hector keeps me updated with photos and videos during Wilson’s stay, and he’s always quick to respond to any messages. Will definitely keep asking them to host Wilson again in the future.”

She made the entire process seamless with incredibly easy drop-off and pick-up routines. While I was away, she was highly responsive to messages and regularly sent wonderful picture updates, which gave me total peace of mind. “Our pup got plenty of exercise, and Tammara gave us updates and photos most days. A bit of a haul from town, but if fresh air and exercise are the goal, great spot for the furry friend.”

“I wish we could give Gianna 10 stars!!! Our fur babies spent the weekend with her on her beautiful property and she took amazing care of them. We got pictures almost around the clock of them playing outside, enjoying her beautiful porch and snuggling at night. They came home to us clean, happy and pooped from adventure! We will be calling her for all of our future doggy sitter needs, and you should too!! Thank you Gianna for loving our babies so well”

About: My daughter Trenna and I grew up with dogs and cats and we love all their different personalities and they bring so much joy to our lives. When you get a dog it’s a commitment. They are our kids. I am looking for a partime job. What a fun opportunity to do something I love. I have three dogs/kids myself. I can’t wait to get home from work and. see their wiggly tails. They don’t care what kind of day you just had, they just want to love on you. When I am home they are wherever I am. During the day they are in their kennels. Two of them are not even 2 yet so they like their toys.
“Jaiden was so great and welcoming to Loki! She was so nice and sent adorable pictures. Loki got along well with her dog, and came back happy and tired. We are just traveling through, but would definitely use her again if we are in the area!”

About: I have grown up with dogs, owned (and currently own) a dog, and absolutely LOVE them as my own. We have an enclosed dog run with a dog door onsite. They are spoiled beyond measure and treated better than a family member. I have a flexible work schedule which allows me to spend quality time with your pet! I am available on weekends and holidays, as well as weekdays depending on notice. I have a fenced in dog run with a dog door. I can easily crate your dog if that is helpful to his/her routine. I do have 2 dogs onsite but can keep them separate if needed. We live on 3 acres and walk our dogs every day! They are Family!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
