My dog Sookie had some stomach issues and Deirdre cooked her rice and other things that fixed it. When she noticed that Sookie was itching, she gave her anti-itching baths, Omega 3 oil and a spray that fixed that too! She sent so many videos and pics that showed how Sookie had the best time during her stay and I will totally have my dogs stay with Deirdre again!”

About: I have lived with dogs of all sizes throughout my whole life. I can appreciate any personality and am very patient with any pet! My experience covers training puppies to caring for large senior dogs. I have a degree in zoology in which I took several animal behavior classes! I’m available for drop-in visits anytime over the weekend and any day after 4:00. I can sometimes accommodate visits between 12:00 and 1:00 during the week. Please feel free to ask me about house sitting! I can sometimes offer house sitting for just a few nights, or potentially longer if I bring my dog with me. I work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. I treat each pet like my own and ensure they’re as comfortable and happy as possible during their time with me. I like to read their energy levels and cater to whatever they feel like doing, whether that be going for a walk, playing with toys, or just relaxing with some good pats.

About: Growing up around a wide variety of animals has given me the skills and passion needed to be an attentive and responsible carer of all kinds of pets. I've owned several dogs, cats, rodents, and horses. I was responsible for administering medications, accommodating pets with special needs, becoming attuned to various behaviors and habits, and adhering to specific individualized training methods. I'm currently working full-time from home as a customer service rep for a small, local company and mothering my 2 year old toddler (who is very gentle and respectful around all animals). I'm fortunately very flexible with my schedule and can accommodate both last-minute and long-term schedules! Being a sincere animal lover, I'm always enthusiastically willing to tend to the needs of any pets that are under my care. I believe that both people and animals benefit from living in a clean and comfortable space, so I seek to maintain and accommodate that kind of positive atmosphere in your pet's home.
