“Kate &Eric were great doggie sitters. I can tell by the pictures Smokey had a great time. I would definitely recommend them. Never needed a dog sitter before, I was a bit nervous to drop my baby off to a strange on such short notice. I would contact them again when in need of a dog sitter in the future. Thanks guys!”

“Ashley and her partner took great care of poppi for boarding and doggie daycare. You can tell they are amazing with dogs because Poppi was so excited to come back! They were very accommodating and kind.”

“I wish I could tip more! Rover capped me at 30%. Yuiko is the best. Party ran late so I was 1.5 hrs late for pick up but Yuiko made sure I had now worries and was so accommodating. I will be requesting another daycare/boarding session soon. Can't recommend her enough. She is the kindest most attentive care taker we've hired for Wylie.”

“Jared took good care of Pickles during daycare and followed our special care instructions as Pickles is recovering from an injury. Jared was a great communicator too.”

“Isabelle did an incredible job being a host for Bruno. Bruno needed to wear a cone for an ailment and she made him feel comfortable and relaxed. The best you could ask for!”

“Ulku and Andrew were so great with Nelly! She was immediately comfortable with them and loved playing in the backyard — I loved receiving so many pictures and video updates throughout the day. I would absolutely recommend them for doggy daycare!”

“Houston is a very particular, somewhat fearful and needy little angel whom Alessandra was able to provide just the right environment for. After each visit, he came home happy, healthy and tired! When I dropped him off at the bigger daycare centers in the area, he would be shaking before we even walked in the door. He cried when I left him and he was so stressed and overwhelmed when I picked him up, he would take long trauma naps through dinner and breakfast the next day. In Alessandra's home, he is able to roam and lay wherever, whenever; he gets plenty of walks and enjoys her backyard. More importantly (for him), he has a limited number of playmates, so he can avoid the burnout and feeling of being overwhelmed and there is plenty of space to take a break as needed. This intimate environment seems to do much better for him and we are very appreciative of the love Alessandra shows Houston. We get lots of photos and updates every day. I find Alessandra to be very flexible, communicative and easy to talk to. We won't be looking elsewhere unless she is fully booked!”

“Kerri rolled out the red carpet for our dog on her first day care visit and kept us updated throughout the day with pictures. Our dog was very comfortable with her. She is a great communicator and really cares about her clients. We look forward to having our dog visit her more!”

About: I’ve been the go-to pet sitter for friends and family for years! I care for my own two cats and one dog daily, so I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your furry family. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, feeding routines, or giving all the cuddles, I treat every pet like my own. I’m experienced with both dogs and cats of all ages and personalities—and I know how to keep them safe, happy, and loved while you’re away! Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because I work from home! I’m always around for walks, playtime, feedings, or just keeping your pet company throughout the day. Since I’m already caring for my own dog and two cats, I’ve built my schedule around keeping pets happy and cared for. Whether your pet needs extra attention, a mid-day potty break, or just someone to hang with while you’re away, I’ve got it covered—with lots of love and flexibility. Whether in my home or yours, I care for pets with the same love and attention I give my own. In my home, pets get a cozy, safe environment with plenty of snuggles, playtime, and potty breaks. I keep routines consistent and make sure they feel comfortable and stress-free. In clients’ homes, I follow all instructions carefully—feeding, walks, meds, litter scooping, and any special routines. I always respect your space and your pet’s needs, making sure they stay happy and well-cared-for while you’re away. Whether it’s belly rubs or just being a calm presence for a shy cat, I adjust my care to each pet’s personality.

About: Hello! My name is Hannah and I love animals! I have worked at two dog boarding and day care facilities so I have a lot of experience with caring for animals. I live in Town Center of KOP by the Wegmans where there’s plenty of people walking their own dogs on the pathways around the complexes. If you choose me to take care of your dogs, they will be in very good hands! If you would like updates and pictures throughout the day I am willing to do that as well. I can’t wait to meet you and your pups! I do not work long hours or on weekends so I have plenty of time to play and have fun with your fur babies! Which also means they’ll have plenty of potty breaks. I have two pups under 4 years old; they’re energetic and love meeting new furry friends! We loved attending Bark Social while it was open.

About: Hi! My name is Kylie, and I’ve been dog sitting for family and friends for over 10 years. With a strong focus on exercise, affection, and routine, I aim to keep your pup happy and comfortable in their home away from home I am a teacher during the school year with my summers off! “Thalita was amazing with our dog Genie. She has kept us informed about him and sent his pictures. We would definitely love to leave Genie with her again! :)”

About: My name is Caroline, a 24 year old computer science student with a love for pets. I became a dog sitter because I adore dogs and cannot wait to get one once I finish university but in the meantime, I cannot wait to take care of yours! I have previously taken care of dogs by boarding them in my previous home in Philadelphia and also did stay with my cousins toy poodle for a while while she was out of the country. I would walk the dogs once a day and take them out five or six times a day depending on the owner’s preference. I also have taken care or cats by boarding them as well. I currently live in a three bedroom safe, gaited community that is pet friendly. I’m currently a student and I spend most times at home since I take most of my classes online. This gives me time to care for your pet and take them outside as required. I currently have a toy poodle, we go for walks around the neighborhood. I have a big backyard and a safe neighborhood. My dog is very playful and can keep your dog company.

About: I’ve taken care of both dogs and cats for several years now. I’ve taken care of pregnant cats and 3 litters so far and even female dogs in heat. I’m currently going to law school so I have plenty of time to take care of your furry friends and loved ones. Let me know ahead of time please. I live alone with my two friendly cats. I’ll take care of your little one with great care and love it as much as I love my cats. ☺️

“Susan saved us last minute and couldn’t of been a better sitter in our home with our 6 and 7 month old puppies, and for year old cat for the first time of us leaving them. She sent us photos I can’t wait to frame and took videos we loved to watch. We HIGHLY recommend Susan and can’t wait to use her again. The puppies went on awesome walks everyday and are definitely going to miss her!”

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life. I have owned everything from dogs, cats, guinea pigs and reptiles. I have been caring for pets professionally for 4 years now and before that I helped with walking and caring neighbors and family pets and my first ever job I worked in a dog grooming salon. I have cared for a wide variety of pets with different needs including cats and dogs that need oral, injection and topical medications. As well as pets that may be anxious and reactive. I am a full time student but currently on summer break so have complete and open availability with lots of flexibility for your needs. During the school year I do mostly online classes so my schedule typically remains flexible. I make sure when entering your home I come in carefully ensuring nobody runs out the door. During walks I stay away from other dogs and people as you never know how they are going to react it is best for everyone’s safety.

“We had Georgia dayboard our 6 yo labradoodle Luna. Georgia's communication was quick and she was easy to work with and flexible with arrangements. She allowed us to bring Luna over for a "meet and greet" and it was instantly apparent how good Georgia is with dogs and how comfortable Luna was in Georgia' home. A great 5 start boarding experience!”

Radnor dog parents share their Rover experiences
Ulku and Andrew were so great with Nelly! She was immediately comfortable with them and loved playing in the backyard — I loved receiving so many pictures and video updates throughout the day. I would absolutely recommend them for doggy daycare!

Jillian was so good with Miles. She kept me updated with lots of pictures and texts. I could see both Miles and Jillian were enjoying the day!

If you want to know how it went with Megan and my 9 month old puppy Benny, here's a snapshot: When I picked him up and we started to leave, he tried to run back in to her place with her and was whining... and SHAKING!!! This continued when we got in the car where he was pressed up against the window crying, looking for his new bestie Megan! Hahaha!!! Seriously though, after 2 shaky attempts at finding a situation on Rover that I felt comfortable with, this is the first time I feel like we finally got it right. I know that there is a LOT of guesswork and having to use your intuition when using a site like Rover, because you don't actually get to really know someone before leaving your precious animal in their hands. Megan, who is a college student, came over to our place for a 'meet and greet' where Benny immediately felt comfortable with her. This is important to note because, while he is a really sweet dog, he is in that stage of puppy-hood where he's feeling more anxious and nervous about new experiences, and is cautious about approaching new people. Megan spent probably 30 minutes with us, even taking Benny for a walk around our neighborhood. I was able to talk to her a little bit about her life, her experience with animals, and she came across as really kind and sweet, and I could tell by the way she interacted with Benny that she was comfortable and loving toward animals. Her communication via the app was great and she always responded in a timely manner. We made a really solid choice with Megan, and I'm happy to recommend her!!!
