It was very clear that Rebecca has a good sense of how dogs are and what they need. She was careful to point out that her stairway was sometimes a challenge for dogs and that it was important to make sure Mousse would be ok navigating them... and she'd thought out where to place the crate in her apartment so it wasn't in the sun. She sent regular check ins and Mousse was clearly having a great time in all the pictures :) In addition, Rebecca was very flexible and understanding when we were stuck in traffic and needed to delay pick up by a few hours. About: Ive had been taken care of my past dogs and current dog for almost my entire life. I also take full care of my cat. I work with cats twice a week at a rescue shelter, and I did a short period working a doggy daycare facility. I can work full time during week, during the afternoons. I will be working at my job in the morning but will be fully free in the afternoons. Weekends may vary depending when I get a request. I make sure the pet gets enough play time outside, by either walking or playing with the pet. Make sure that the environment isn’t too loud or overstimulating, especially if there is more than one animal in the house.

About: As experienced dog owners, we are familiar with periods of puppy & teenager, have expectations for accidents, demand of attentions and needs of releasing energy. We have two fixed male dogs & 3 cats at home. Dog is energetic and friendly. Cats are shy, they usually just stay away from dog(s).We have our family room cleared for dog to play, and a fenced backyard that allows dog to burn their energy anytime. We are looking forward to meeting and taking care of dogs&cats! Zhuoran is currently at home 24/7. All dogs are crate-free in family room unless there is behavior issue during the day, and all dogs stay in the bedroom with us at night. - Dog walking schedule: 6:30am, 11am, 3pm, 8pm, and before bed time. In weekends we take dogs to fully fenced dog parks for 30~60min. Schedules are adjustable as needed. I'm currently stay at home 24/7. We wake up 6:00am for the first walk, and a short walk every 3~5 hours. My working station is in the family room right next to dogs, so I can take care of the dogs quickly if anything happened. We have a cleared family room with a safe gate, the whole space is belong to the dogs. We also have a fully fenced backyard that allows dogs to burn their energy and enjoy the fresh air.

About: I grew up with dogs. When I was 18 I co-adopted two pitbulls who lived out their lives with me. After college, I volunteered for Monster Milers taking shelter dogs from Street Tails Animal Rescue out for runs to help them burn energy and become more adoptable. My wife and I have adopted three times. A fawn pug who lived until 9 years old, a black pug who lived until 17 years old, and a Alaskan Malamute/Husky/Amstaff mix (107lbs) that lived until he was 13 and we recently lost. I'm good with all furry friends big and small and adjust my approach based on the dogs energy. I currently have a ton of flexibility outside of my kids to help with your pups, but generally, I'm home a lot and very active so lots of room to get your pup out for long walks and exercise/stimulation. I do not have a fenced in yard, and always keep my dogs on leashes until they were absolutely ready to listen solely to my commands. I use a gentle leader that helps minimize impact on their throat and also is very effective with pulling, but can be flexible to your sitch.

I was so worried but I received a text and picture about an hour and a half later showing my dog relaxed and cuddling with one of her little girls❤️I received regular updates and pictures. My worries about leaving him were quickly put to rest . Allison and the girls treated him like their own. I am forever grateful. I cannot recommend Allison enough. 10 stars !!”

“Rebecca was absolutely wonderful! I was fully confident in leaving Mousse with her after doing an initial meet and greet. It was very clear that Rebecca has a good sense of how dogs are and what they need. She was careful to point out that her stairway was sometimes a challenge for dogs and that it was important to make sure Mousse would be ok navigating them... and she'd thought out where to place the crate in her apartment so it wasn't in the sun. She sent regular check ins and Mousse was clearly having a great time in all the pictures :) In addition, Rebecca was very flexible and understanding when we were stuck in traffic and needed to delay pick up by a few hours. We hope to add Rebecca to our regular rotation of Rover sitters!”

She cared for him during the most trying times of doing so with any dog, involving historic cold weather. And went above and beyond the duty of just 'watching him'. “Joanna is the BEST of what Rover has to offer. Our 10 month old Goldendoodle Benny was cared for by her as if he was her own. We were out of the country for 6 days and the stress of having to leave him at a boarding facility was just too much. So I turned to Rover and after a few misses, found Joanna. On paper she sounded perfect. Before we actually booked anything we met up at a park near her house and she brought her little dude Henry. We spent about 30 minutes together and talked, watched the dogs play, and by the end of it I knew she was exactly what we were looking for in a 'dog sitter'. Honestly she feels more like a friend after this experience. She sent daily (and nightly) updates with pics and videos so I could see for myself just how happy our Benny was in her care. Benny's a really sweet dog but has MAJOR puppy energy and she was able to deal with it like a pro. And her boy Henry was just the sweetest. And when Benny got to be too much for him he had NO problem letting him know who was the king rooster in the house!!! hahaha I really can not recommend Joanna enough. So so grateful to have found her!!!”

I was a little hesitant to book someone without reviews on Rover (he’s just starting in this platform) but he was very understanding, answered all my questions and I found reviews for his training services on Google. I felt even more reassured when I dropped off my dogs and saw him engaging with them in a genuine way. Donte was great at sending updates and videos of some of the training he did. I’ll definitely come back for boarding and continue training sessions.”

“Gregory was very responsive to my last minute request for boarding. My dog is little and anxious, and I was not sure how she would do with another dog as large as Koda, Gregory’s dog. But Koda turned out to be very well trained and had a lovely calm demeanor. Maya was very comfortable and I will definitely be using Gregory again!”
