About: I’ve taken care of my pets and friends’ pets for the last few years whenever they have needed it. Mainly walking, drop in visits, and occasional pet sitting. I love playing with pets if they are playful! I currently work from home so it’s fairly easy for me to take my lunch break or mornings to give some extra attention to your pets. I am not able to currently care for pets in my own home, however I’ll be able to tend to your pets in your home however you’d like. I have experience in dog, cat, and bird care so I’ll be able to adjust to your pets needs.
“Christina is great with my two boys! They each have their own speeds, one almost 12 and the other 6 years old. They also have their individual quirks, and Christiana is very patient with them.”

About: I’ve taken care of all types and ages of dogs! I have two Pitbulls back home, one 7 years old and one that’s almost 2 years old. I have also raised 2 chihuahuas, another senior rescue pitbull, and a VERY energetic boxer in the past. All around my neighborhood-roughly seven pets- that I pet sit and give basic needs and loving attention to- both cats and dogs! I am in the USMC stationed here in the Quantico VA area. I do start work early. I’m assuming most dogs aren’t used to going on walks at 5 am, so I probably can’t do early mornings. I get out of work around 3-4 pm. Sometimes earlier depending on the day. I can do a walk/visit right when I get out and before I settle down for the night I can also do another visit/walk in the later evening as well. Making it 2 walks/visits-ish during the evening I have cared for all sorts of dog breeds and ages throughout my entire life. My rescue Pitbulls have been handfuls in the past, but I enjoy staying physically fit and offer great patience when it comes to pets! I love working with puppies and Senior dogs as well!

About: I have had pets all my life. I started helping take care of my cat and dogs at around 10 years old. I help out with my friends and extended family members pets as well. My dog takes medication in the morning so I can administer medication if needed. She has also gone through two surgeries so I can help during pet recovery as well. I’ve had hyperactive dogs as well as territorial/ toy-aggressive dogs and know how to deal with them. I have also had dogs who needed extra care due to being old. I do know a little bit about training dogs but not much. I work part time and go to college full time. However, I live at home with my parents so I can fit pet care into my schedule. I have a fenced backyard for my dog to run around or just lay outside. I walk her 2/3 times a day and she gets fed twice a day, morning and evening. I also spend a lot of time with her whether it’s playing around or just watching tv. If I am caring for someone else’s pets, I feed the pets and play with them as well as hang out with them.

About: I've grown up with dozens of pets at a time, often being the one to take care of all of them. I'm from the south originally, so being close to nature and animals have always been something I prioritize and am grateful to have done. Friends and family have always asked me to take care of any animals that have ever needed it. From things like cats and dogs, rabbits, chickens, birds, fish, etc. A daily routine! I love pets and taking care of other things is genuinely a coping mechanism for me. To spend every minute of my day taking care of an animal would be something I'd love to do. I'm a very empathetic and patient person with everyone and everything. I believe that animals and pets have their own personality, and I think that it's the most important to know what the owner wants practiced with their animal first and foremost. I'm a very attentive and attached person though, and would never let something stray away from my attention.
About: Hello, my name is Chase, I am a very active dog lover. I have 2 dogs of my own, one German Shepard & one Lab Mix. I love to play with my dogs every day and they take walks every day as well. I like to be outdoors a lot and can take a short walk or a long walk, whatever the preference the client may want. I work full time but am always off by noon so my schedule is always flexible. I like to keep busy, and what better way then to do so by caring for pets! I hope to be your choice for pet care. Schedule: I have a flexible schedule and can be available after 1pm almost every day for dog walking. Stays: I can be available before and after work to tend to your animal! I currently work full-time. But am always flexible to care for pets any time after 1PM. Whether it be a short or long walk, or a stay over job, I am flexible in these areas. I have a fenced in yard at my house and my dogs also free roam in our front yard and are trained to stay in our front yard. I have watched many dogs in the past and always treat dogs as if they are my own.
About: I have over 15 years of dedicated pet care experience, I've consistently provided loving and responsible care for dogs of all sizes and breeds. My background includes daily walks, playtime, feeding schedules, medication administration, and ensuring a comfortable environment for furry friends. My passion for animals shines through in my attentive care, regular updates, and commitment to maintaining open communication with pet parents. I somewhat recently lost my last furry family member to lymphoma. I’ve yet to get another one as it is difficult losing our furry family member. I would take them out first thing in the mornings, if they didn’t wake us up earlier to go outside. Then give them their breakfast and play/cuddle with them.
“Samira took amazing care of my cat Reese and went above and beyond—even when the app had issues. They found other ways to keep me updated and made sure Reese was happy and comfortable. I came home to a relaxed cat and a clean space. Highly recommend if you want someone who truly cares!”

“Melissa was amazing doing a drop-in visit for our four doggies while we were out all day! We have one dog who is pretty shy as she was feral, and I loved seeing a photo where she actually was by Melissa! Shows us Melissa has great vibes and energy, and when the dogs approve, so do us humans! Thank you so much Melissa!!💜”

“This is our first time having a dog sitter and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of our dogs! Penjulee is super communicative and attentive during our booking and we have always had a peace of mind while away. She went above and beyond for our dogs and our dogs love her already. Will definitely book her in the future and we highly recommend her service!”

“Christopher helped me with a last-minute situation and followed all instructions. He even cleaned up a mess my dog made without being asked, truly going out of his way. Thank you so much!”

About: Hi, I’m Taylah! 🐾 I’ve cared for dogs since I was 12, helping raise Great Danes, a Husky, and puppies. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and love giving them plenty of attention, playtime, cuddles, and care. I’m available for drop-ins, overnight stays, and doggy day care. I also welcome holiday bookings—just send me a message! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I go on walks every day, so bringing a furry friend along is always a joy, not a task. Whether it’s morning strolls or evening wind-downs, I’m already active and outdoors, which makes it easy to give your dog the exercise and attention they need. My flexible schedule allows me to be fully present and responsive to their needs—whether it’s feeding, playtime, or just a little extra love throughout the day. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I treat them like family. In my home, dogs have a safe, clean, and calm space to relax, with plenty of room to play and nap. I follow their regular routines—feeding schedules, walk times, and any special instructions—to make the transition smooth and stress-free. When I’m in a client’s home, I respect the space and the pet’s comfort zone. I keep things consistent by sticking to your pet’s usual routine, offering companionship, regular potty breaks, and lots of love and attention. I keep you updated with messages and photos so you know your pet is happy, safe, and in good hands. My goal is always to make your pet feel secure, loved, and well-cared for—whether they’re in my home or their own.

Hana did an amazing job taking care of our dogs and cat for the weekend! She arranged to come and meet the dogs before hand, and was prompt to her visits! We received lots of updates and pictures throughout the day. Our pups were definitely well taken care of while we were gone! I’d recommend Hana to anyone looking for a pet sitter! She’s great!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Quantico with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
