About: I have nearly four years of experience in a veterinary hospital as a kennel technician, where I care for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, breeds, and medical needs. I am comfortable administering oral and topical medications, monitoring for signs of illness or stress, and handling a wide range of temperaments. Outside of work, I have grown up with dogs my entire life and currently have an 8 year old golden retriever of my own. I have cared for many age ranges from senior to a weeks old. I have also had other pets, including a rabbit, so I understand that every animal has unique needs and personalities. My clinical experience, combined with my lifelong love of animals, allows me to provide attentive and reliable care. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or needs extra patience, I will treat them as if they were my own while you’re away. I am a full time student during the school year but on breaks I work around 3/4 days a week so I have plenty of time and flexibility to take care of your furry friends whenever you need me to! I do not have a set work schedule and can adapt relatively easily. I currently have a golden retriever who I love with all my heart. I can do whatever is necessary to care for your pet and have seen many different special instructions at my job. From medications to special diets I have seen a diverse range of special needs that I am well equipped to handle. Whether your dog enjoys a neighborhood walk, a wooded trail hike, a sniff walk, puzzle games, fetch, or simply relaxing with companionship, my goal is to make every visit enjoyable, enriching, and stress-free. I have over 14 years of hands-on experience with dogs, including supervising groups of up to 30 dogs in a professional dog daycare and caring for puppy groups under 4 months old. For more than five years, I also organized dog hikes throughout Westchester County, NY, and Fairfield County, CT, giving dogs a safe, structured, and fun way to exercise and explore. I intentionally keep boarding and daycare small by accepting only one guest dog at a time, or two dogs from the same family, so every dog receives plenty of supervision, affection, exercise, and individual attention. I also have a playpen available for puppies and young dogs who benefit from structured rest time. My apartment is on the second floor, so dogs should be be comfortable using stairs. While living in England, I helped care for a Golden Retriever, and later in Spain, I cared for a Yorkshire Terrier. These experiences, together with years of owning dogs, leading dog hikes, and working professionally in dog daycare, have given me experience with many different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. My home has a fenced yard for supervised outdoor time, and I live just a 5-minute walk from wooded trails for walks and adventures. Dogs have access to a comfortable sofa, toys, and puzzle games for enrichment and mental stimulation. I live in a second-floor apartment, so dogs should be comfortable using stairs. About: I’ve been caring for pets for several years and have experience with dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities. Friends, neighbors, and family members have trusted me to feed, walk, play with, and care for their pets while they were away. I’m reliable, patient, and love making pets feel comfortable and safe. If needed I can come after work if I am available I provide care in clients’ homes so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. About: I grew up having dogs! My family had the sweetest golden retriever growing up. She loved going for walks and loved meeting new people. We took care of her through an injury and arthritis which made walking challenging. My family got another dog who is a giant mix rescue with a very different temperament. She is terrified of new people and hates the mailman but I have worked with her to interact with others and work through some of her fears. I have also spent a lot of time with friends and family dogs and have dog sat a few times, too. I am looking for summer care options as I will have free time since I am a full-time teacher. I would be able to help out during the day. I am a reliable person who takes care of people's property. I will follow all instructions left by owners and do everything I can for their fur babies. I can walk, feed, and clean up after pets.

About: Large dogs are my specialty, I enjoy walking and playing with them. I have plenty of room to play in the back yard or go for a long walk on a nature trail. I have experience in kenneling, potty training and leash training dogs. I work full time but have every afternoon and weekend available. I would enjoy walking a pet after work and am available to do overnight care. I have a pet friendly and private apartment with a large private back yard. I am very close to the black river trail which is excellent for dog walking.
