Our dogs have to stay separated right now and I was very anxious about that being managed in our tiny home but I did not need to be! We will definitely be hiring her again. Whether your dog enjoys a neighborhood walk, a wooded trail hike, a sniff walk, puzzle games, fetch, or simply relaxing with companionship, my goal is to make every visit enjoyable, enriching, and stress-free. I have over 14 years of hands-on experience with dogs, including supervising groups of up to 30 dogs in a professional dog daycare and caring for puppy groups under 4 months old. For more than five years, I also organized dog hikes throughout Westchester County, NY, and Fairfield County, CT, giving dogs a safe, structured, and fun way to exercise and explore. I also have a playpen available for puppies and young dogs who benefit from structured rest time. My apartment is on the second floor, so dogs should be be comfortable using stairs. While living in England, I helped care for a Golden Retriever, and later in Spain, I cared for a Yorkshire Terrier. These experiences, together with years of owning dogs, leading dog hikes, and working professionally in dog daycare, have given me experience with many different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. I am comfortable handling strong pullers, leash aggressive/reactive dogs and have a gentle touch to be able to bond with fearful feral cats. I work at a pet store 6 days a week from 10–6 with a midday break I use for visits. For pets needing 1 or 2 visits a day, they will happen before and/or after those hours. For overnight or 3x visit a day clients I will provide one of the visits during my lunch break. Since I work at a pet store, I can easily grab many forgotten or necessary items for your pet anytime. My schedule ensures I am usually only ever away for ~5 hours at a time. Pets I care for must be okay with some time by themselves, since my bookings are not considered 24/7 care (non -constant). If you need something more full-time, please feel free to message me and I may be able to work something out depending on the request. The schedule I keep generally works well for my clients and the majority of pet owners, but for special circumstances I can make adjustments for specific days if necessary Overnights typically include Dinner care through Breakfast care and a single return visit midday. I require all of my clients to provide up to date preferred vet information, emergency contact info and provide me prior authorization to seek emergency care for their pets. To this date I have never had to use that information for any emergencies, but I always ask for it. Other than that I will strictly follow rules requested of me, I never do any off leash without being explicitly instructed to, and will only ever provide pets snacks and food that are indicated to me to use for them. I will never take any unnecessary risks with your pet or with your home. I am always respectful with homes and try to leave them as close to how it was before or cleaner than when I arrived as possible. I will make sure plants are watered, mail is inside and check in regularly with images. I am also open to some video or voice calling with your pets if requested. I am unable to provide full home cleaning services, however, I will within reason wash requested items (such as bedding or towels), clean up after myself, and make sure pet areas and bowls are kept tidy.

Guest cats stay in their own private room with fresh food, water, and a clean litter box. For dog walking I keep things low stress, consistent, and fun. I work from home regularly so I'm around often and take every pet's routine seriously. I treat every animal like my own. I work from home frequently which means pets in my care are never left alone for long stretches. For dog walking I'm flexible on timing and can work around your schedule for morning, afternoon, or evening walks. For cat boarding, guest cats get visits multiple times a day including morning feeding, a midday check-in, and an evening wind-down with fresh food, clean water, and a scooped litter box.
