“Harriet was wonderful - very communicative, sent lots of cute pics and videos. Our dog adored playing with Harriet's other dogs and was reluctant to leave them at the end of her stay. We hope to board Eliza here again for another charmed doggie holiday in Truro!”

“David was such a great pal to my 8-month-old golden retriever, Stanley, who has the energy of a caffeinated toddler and the emotional eagerness of someone who thinks every head scratch might be their last. I got regular updates — photos of 5:30 a.m. tug-of-war, joyful dog park adventures, and one sneaky but proud toilet paper heist — which made being away for five days (our longest stretch yet!) so much easier. When I picked Stanley up, he was calm, happy, and clearly well-loved. Communication with David was smooth, direct, and quick, and he was super flexible. When Stanley saw me through the screen door at David’s place, he was wiggling with excitement — but also clearly torn to leave his new friends. I’d trust these two to hang out again anytime!”

“Karen was absolutely wonderful with Benny! She gave consistent updates about him throughout the week and sent plenty of pictures every day, and he got plenty of outside time, which was perfect. He was all smiles and wags when I picked him up at the end of the week! I would recommend Karen to anyone looking to drop their dog off with someone kind and reliable.”

“Jennifer and Stephen took wonderful care of our dog Beau. He loved being with their pets (dog and cat), and had a great time. Will definitely be using Jennifer & Stephen again! Many thanks, Christine & Leon”

“Caitlin is fantastic! This was the first time we left our dog since we adopted her in April. Caitlin called me shortly after we dropped her off to let us know that our dog was settling in well. She sent texts, photos and videos all weekend to keep us updated on how our dog was doing. Caitlin is just terrific and I would highly recommend her!”

“Michele is a wonderful! She did a thoughtful and thorough intake with my dog Rylie, who is older, hard of hearing and requires daily insulin injections. She sent daily updates with pictures of their “adventures” during her stay. You can tell she truly enjoys dogs and loves spending time with them. Highly recommend!”

“Marcia did an excellent job taking care of Tuka! I could tell he was very comfortable with her and her family both when I left him and picked him up. Loved all the pictures she sent! We will definitely use her again!”

“Baci had a very good first visit with Andrea and Bob. It’s obvious that they are warm, caring and love dogs!! Baci settled in nicely, and we received lots of pics from Andrea to keep us up to date on what everyone was up to. The fenced in back yard is something I wish we had at our home, I know he totally enjoyed that! Looking forward to a longer stay in a couple of weeks, I know Baci will do just fine!”

“Julie did an excellent job with Brady. I felt very comfortable with Julie's care of Brady. Julie's house and fenced in yard was very nice and very well kept. Julie was very nice and took the job of taking care of Brady very seriously and communicated with me though the app on how Brady was doing.”

“Both of my elderly dogs love staying with Uncle Stephen! We get photos showing how much fun they are having as well as them enjoying the multiple beds/ sofas/ etc. Highly recommend!”

“This was Leo’s 2nd visit with Deb’s Dog Sitting and it was awesome as usual. There’s a big fenced backyard and 3-4 other friendly dogs to play with to keep Leo occupied. You can tell Deb is a real dog person - she has 3 of her own.”

“Caitlin was incredibly responsive when scheduling with us. She was flexible when we had to adjust times and quick to reply. Super grateful we found her and she was able to take care of our pup for 2 nights. Would recommend and use again!”

About: I grew up with animals. As a result, I have had the responsibility of animal care since I was 6 years old. It is a part of my core self. I trained a rescue pit bull in my adult life. Through this process I learned a lot about the psychology of dogs and how to be a responsible dog owner. I had 12 wonderful years with her. I lost her in May and i am missing that canine connection. I am responsible, dependable, and I have a flexible schedule and a calm home. I have a flexible schedule. I work full time but some of that is from home. When I am not, at home, my office is a 7 minute drive away. Well behaved dogs can come to my office me. I have a small home that is primarily one floor. It has a yard (not fenced). I do not have children or other pets. I live a quiet and calm life and I am able to attend to animals with full attention.
About: Graduated from UNH class 2014 with a Bachelors in Zoology. Proud to have over 20 years of animal care. 15 years of multi pet ownership . ---Raised and trained 8 dogs from puppy to adult. Spent 6 months volunteering at an animal shelter. Have completed Two separate 10 session dog training courses with a certified dog trainer. Have completed online Instructional courses on E-collar training and behavior modification. Have experience handling dogs with behavioral issues/quirks Have cared for pets of family and friends in addition to my own for over 15 years . My family and I currently have two dogs and a lizard, so pet care is part of our daily routine, 24/7 365. My own dogs are walked daily and stimulated through play and training. When we are home as a family, the dogs are out with us enjoying life. When we are out of the house, they are either crated or secured in a room with fresh water. Safety/Security and respecting the animals are my core values. While the animals in my home are cared for like family, they are taught to respect boundaries and work for affection. In my care, pets are leashed unless they are in a secure, fenced area. I take the time to understand each animal is an individual who has unique needs. I cater my approach to each animal based on their specific demeanor.
“Millie absolutely loved her time with Larisa and Daisy! Larisa made sure to keep me updated on their daily adventures and send lots of pictures. Millie took multiple trips to the beach and walks at the bogs. We are very happy with the service and support Millie received while staying the weekend 😊 We will definitely reach out again for any pet sitting needs!”

“We had a great experience with Bonnie. She was very attentive to our 2 Vizlas over a two day boarding and became great friends with her golden retriever Neptune. Will definitely rebook with Bonnie.”

“Kellie is WONDERFUL! She took a chance on Mollie, our 3-year-old rescue Sheepadoodle, who would be staying in a new place for the first time without her older "sister" and guiding star, Sophy. We were worried Mollie's quirks would prove too much, but Kellie and her family proved us wrong. They believed in her, reinforced her confidence, and provided a loving temporary home. She thrived in their household the week we were away, and we still see the effects of her new-found confidence. We can't thank Kellie enough!”
