“Where do I start. this is the 1st time we have used a pet sitter for our dog Delilah. Madaket was our chosen one. Right from the start she was accomandating and helpful. We had to change our drop off plans my son had to drop her off.She stayed intouch with us through our trip,sending pictures and assuring us that Delilah was cared for and happy. Which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Unfortunatly I ended up getting very sick the day before we came home and was admitted to the hospital. We ask if we could extend Delilahs stay. Madaket did not hesitate to accommodate us. She was able to modify our booking for us immediatly. Delilah came back to us happy and exhausted, the way we like it. “Total rock star sitter - could not recommend Kari any more highly! This was only Sadie‘s second time boarding in someone else’s home without me…I learned from my first experience that Sadie does not do great with other pets in the house… and, even though Kari’s was pet free, I was still trepidatious about trying another boarding situation in a strange (to my pup) home. My fears were immediately alleviated upon meeting and seeing Kari interact with Sadie and how she let Sadie explore around her wonderful home. Physical relief was all I felt when I left Sadie with her. Kari kept me informed each day with reports and pictures of what she and Sadie were doing, and I was never worried that Sadie was anxious or anything but completely comfortable. Seriously will make sure that Kari is available anytime I plan anything where I need to leave Sadie with someone for any reason! I think my girl had a great time and definitely was very well cared for. Cannot thank Kari and her family enough! ❤️❤️❤️”

“My wife and I recently moved out of state from the Cape. We could not leave without writing one last review of Karen. We have left our dog Annie with Karen many times, sometimes for just a night or two and sometimes for over a week when taking longer vacations. We cannot begin to say how much we and Annie will miss Karen and Juni. Karen is the kindest person you could ever meet. She loves dogs and immediately took Annie in as though her own. She is a dog whisperer. Annie loves her. She is truly a remarkable dog sitter and human being. We could always relax when we left Annie with her as we were totally confident in her ability to handle any situation that might arise as well as know she always was providing exceptional care and a happy and loving experience for our pup. As for Juni, Annie loved playing with her, sleeping next to her and just being with her whenever she would visit. Juni is the sweetest, most friendly and happy lab. Annie will miss her terribly. Annie would begin barking with excitement the moment we got off route 6 for Hyannis. This always made our hearts sing. Karen and Juni are simply exceptional. My wife, Annie, and I will forever miss them.”
“Sara took such great care of my Norma the 4 nights we were on the Cape for vacation! Norma is an anxious girl and Sara was able to quickly attune to her and help her feel right at ease (Norma usually barks when she meets new people; she didn’t bark at all upon meeting Sara and warmed to her very quickly!). Sara was responsive and communicative throughout Norma’s stay, sending along status updates and sweet photos and videos of Norma looking relaxed and happy. I will definitely have Norma stay with Sara the next time I’m on the Cape! Would highly recommend Sara to anyone looking for great dog care!”
“Alyne was fantastic. We live on the island so accommodating our travel can be tricky but she was great with our schedule. She met us at the ferry to pick up our dog. While we were gone she texted us pictures of our dog playing in the yard with other dogs. We knew our dog was having a ball. Then our return travel got all messed up and she was super flexible with keeping our dog for an extra night. Would definitely recommend Alyne!”

About: I’m a lifetime animal lover, and get along terrifically well with dogs. My house is the go-to for friends and family needing a place for their pups to stay. I am retired with volunteer jobs part-time (2mornings), during the week. I’m never away from home for more than a few hours during which time my dog-friendly feline can either ignore your dog or keep them company. Im home the majority of the time. Cozy corner in my den for bed. Seems to be everyone’s favorite hangout. Living room has multiple Sunny-spots Several neighborhood walks a day and if dog and owner are willing, I go to Thompson’s field in Harwich where they can romp.

Zuzana was great! We had to leave town on a short notice and found Zuzana on Rover, contacted her and she responded with in the hour. Our dog is 13, deaf and likes to sleep with her people. Zuzana was unfazed by any of this. We did a meet and greet in her home and I could see Pepper was instantly a fan, walking thru her home tail wagging. We are so happy we found Jorie! Our family loves vacationing on the Cape and bringing our dogs along. Unfortunately, our largest puppy, Beau (16m Bernese) still needs a little extra attention before he can join us on the beach. Jorie was incredibly accommodating, giving us peace of mind while we went about enjoying the beach and shopping. Beau absolutely loved her—he would run straight to her when we arrived!
