About: I have take care of animals for over 2 decades. Pups are my favorite and I also have chickens and volunteers with horses on a local farm. I respect nature and appreciate what great companions animals are for us humans. I treat them as family members. I had 3 dogs from puppies to their senior age and understand all stages of dog lives. I can play, socialize, train puppies. Walk fast pace with athletic dogs or slow down for littles or seniors. I can give medicine and keep an eye on health any conditions. I have 10yo son who is a huge dog lover and helps out with our dog and chickens and also does barn chores at the farm. I feel so blessed we both feel the same love for all creatures on Earth. I currently work from home, so your pup(s) will have a companion most of the time. I also go on 2-3 walks a day and we have a nice private yard for additional play and relax. We have a private yard, one friendly 2yo Boston terrier who has proven to be more than a gracious host to all sorts of furry visitors. He naturally accepts their energy if they want to play or are shy and need time. We also had some rescues and traumatized pets and Gizmo proved to a respectful companion. He is the reason I love pups and want them to have the most fantastic time in our home.

About: I’m a lifetime animal lover, and get along terrifically well with dogs. My house is the go-to for friends and family needing a place for their pups to stay. I am retired with volunteer jobs part-time (2mornings), during the week. I’m never away from home for more than a few hours during which time my dog-friendly feline can either ignore your dog or keep them company. I’m home the majority of the time. Cozy corner in my den seems to be everyone’s favorite hangout and spot for their bed. The ilving room has multiple sunny spots for napping throughout the day. We will take several neighborhood walks a day and if dog and owner are willing, I go to Thompson’s field in Harwich where they can romp.

About: I am a very active 49 year old mom with adult children and two small dogs. I grew up with animals my whole life, and my family even owned a chain of pet stores when I was growing up, where I worked. My family is packed with doctors and vets. I move to the Cape full time and am available to walk dogs, house sit, and board small to medium sized animals in my home in Orleans. We have a fenced in backyard and lots of space to run on the beach. I work remotely, part-time as an attorney and set my own schedule. My true love is animals! My flexibility gives me plenty of time to care for pets, in your home, in mine, or just for a walk. I take my dogs for a daily run to on the beach and am happy to take along another. I can also care for your dog alone in your home (and leave mine home with my amazing family). Finally, I am available for walking your pup, most days in your neighborhood or mine. We have an acre of land and half is fenced in for dogs. We have extra cages if desired. Ours never enjoyed their crates. We will follow your schedule and treat your pet like a member of the family. We invite interviews in advance to ensure we are the right fit for your pet.

About: I have taken care of dogs for years and have owned Brittany Spaniels, a Poodle, a Cockapoo, and a Border-Jack. I enjoy caring for dogs and learning about their personalities. I enjoy walking the dogs and live in an area with dog parks and walking trails. My home has a big yard to play catch or just walk in. I take care of pets as if they were my own. I live in South Dennis in a nice neighborhood, with a large yard. I am home on most days and enjoy walking my dog. We like to walk the beach or trails in the area. I have a big yard in a quiet neighborhood. I have a friendly dog that your pets can play with. I can crate your dog if needed. There are dog parks, walking trails and beaches in the area to discover with your pet.

About: I love fresh air and think it's important for dogs to be dogs and enjoy it! Even without a dog, I go for walks every day to get my puppy fix and love to be outside. I also grew up with cats and am happy to keep any and all furry friends company! I have over 15 years of experience with everything from pet-sitting to babysitting and house-sitting, and I find it important that you feel comfortable while you're away from home. I am extremely trustworthy and responsible and would love to provide that comfort to your family. I have a corporate work-from-home job that offers me flexibility to help most weekdays and weekends. I am available to be around as often as needed, whether that be one-time drop-ins or spending a day working from "home" with some furry coworkers. I always make sure everyone is safe and happy, with a healthy awareness of dog behaviors and experience with reactive animals. I clean up after myself and always leave places cleaner than I find them.

About: I grew up in a house of Golden Retrivers and I love meeting new dogs! I have been a dog walker in Boston for the past 4.5 years and well before that taking care dogs and walking since HS back in Holliston Ma. I have just permanently relocated full time to North Chatham and would love to start walking dogs again! I previously lost my 12 year old Golden Luna a year ago and now have an energetic crazy field Golden named Maggie who adores Chatham living. One of my clients that lives in Boston also resides in Harwich I have been walking her two Goldens Mac and Moby since 2023 down here whenever I was down at my families place. If you need a walker I would love to chat! I have a part time dog walker for 4.5 years and have a very flexible schedule that allows me to work around your schedule as needed. Unfortunately my condo only allows Golden Retriever Maggie so I would have to take care of your dog in your house/ drop ins at your place.

About: We have owned and cared for dogs and cats for our entire lives. Friends and family joyfully leave their fur babies with us for day and overnight stays on a regular basis. We very much enjoy taking pups for walks through town, woods and the beach. We're happy to walk your dog in the environment that's best for them. We work from home as an artist and artisan and are available to provide constant monitoring and supervision for pets under our care. We generally offer services from November-May. My home has plenty of space to give your pet quiet solo time if desired. I currently have a 2.5 year old female lab mix who absolutely loves dogs and cats alike as well as a cat who really enjoys watching dogs (he has his own space on the second floor if dogs and cats need/want to be separated). We typically do a morning, afternoon and evening walk that is 1-2 miles long, but can adjust the distance and frequency to suit your pet. In addition to walks, we visit the yard frequently for play and potty breaks. We take pride in tailoring your dog's visit to individual needs. Your dog will have a room that will be their own for the duration of their stay so they can eat without interruption at their own pace (as well as sleep and hang out if they prefer solo time). If your dog desires, we also have plenty of common area space to interact with people as well as our dog.
