About: I have had pets my whole life and have spent years house and pet sitting for friends and family. I am in the Army National Guard and have childcare experience, which has helped me become patient, reliable, and attentive. I am very loving and kind, and I naturally connect well with animals of all ages, including energetic puppies and senior pets. I work weekdays from 2 to 8, which allows me to be available for morning, midday, and overnight pet care. I have National Guard training one weekend each month, but I am available every other weekend to care for your pets. When caring for clients’ pets, I learn their routine and follow instructions closely to keep them comfortable and stress free. She’s been my best friend since she was 9 weeks old. We’ve been through a number of things together which have taught me a lot about caring for a dog from a very young age into senior age. It can be nerve wrecking leaving her when I have to go out of town and I’m always looking for the best possible care for her. I know how much this matters for her, and for myself. We go on frequent walks so she can get her sniffing in which is incredibly important for a dog’s brain. Even just 15 minutes sniffing around outside does wonders for their cognitive health. She gets a treat after her potty breaks, and is a big fan of pumpkin! I add a bit to her food for vitamins and minerals. I bathe her and keep her nails trimmed as well as brushing her fur to keep it soft and comfy for her.

Rebecca is absolutely amazing!!! This is the third time I’ve booked with her and I will continue to do so! The love she has for my fur babies absolutely shows and she is so good with them. Especially with my specifically shy kitty, she has been so patient with her that she now comes out to see her, she only does that with me! Katherine took the absolute best care of our Spud!!! She was so attentive to him and followed every note I left behind as worried fur mom leaving her baby for the first time. They seemed to have formed a great bond which makes me extremely happy as well. Even with the challenges he presents walking (because I know we still have work to do with him there) she was able to cope and face them wonderfully. She even paid attention to my cat when he was not necessarily her responsibility to look after and I can not thank her enough for her service!

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
