About: Hi! I'm Lydia. I'm a former zookeeper and animal trainer living in Panama City, FL. I have always loved animals and I've had pets my whole life. I currently have a cat and a parrot. I've cared for lots of different types of animals, from fur to feathers and beyond, so if you have other pets that need care while you're away, I'm your girl! I'm also comfortable caring for dogs that need medication or have special needs, blind, deaf, etc. I’m not able to provide boarding but I'm happy to stay with your pet in your home. I promise I will take great care of your fur babies while you're away. Lots of love is guaranteed! I’m currently between jobs so my schedule is flexible. About: My undergraduate studies in Animal Cognition first brought me to Florida six years ago. I instantly fell in love with the sand, sun, and ability to truly live an outdoor lifestyle. And, it only gets better now that I get to share all these beautiful things with my rescued GSP pup! I am currently employed FULL-TIME during the weekdays. I am most available to help in the early mornings, evenings, and for overnight stays. Depending on the location of your residence, midday potty breaks may be feasible. I can always provide personal recommendations for daytime sitters/walkers upon request! I DO NOT offer boarding in my home at this time! My rescue pup is focusing on building his confidence, but continues to make friends everywhere we go. I hope to offer in-house boarding services soon. About: I have taken care of other people’s pets since I was 11 years old. I was a vet technician for several years and a zookeeper for 3 years. I love animals and will take good care of your pets. I work full time but am off early on Fridays and off on Saturdays and Sundays. Any time works on those days. Evening or early morning on weekdays could be done. I have a big fenced yard and lots of beds. I have a one story house with lots of room. I treat them like beloved house guests.

Rebecca is absolutely amazing!!! This is the third time I’ve booked with her and I will continue to do so! The love she has for my fur babies absolutely shows and she is so good with them. Especially with my specifically shy kitty, she has been so patient with her that she now comes out to see her, she only does that with me! She also goes above and beyond in doing things I didn’t request, such as taking out trash, sweeping/vaccuuming, washing the kitty bowls. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Katherine took the absolute best care of our Spud!!! She was so attentive to him and followed every note I left behind as worried fur mom leaving her baby for the first time. They seemed to have formed a great bond which makes me extremely happy as well. Even with the challenges he presents walking (because I know we still have work to do with him there) she was able to cope and face them wonderfully. She even paid attention to my cat when he was not necessarily her responsibility to look after and I can not thank her enough for her service!

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
