We are always nervous to leave our animals in other peoples hands and that has kept us from doing a lot of traveling and other things. “Oh my goodness. I can not say enough good things about Patience and her husband. They were so great to my little guy. I was so nervous to leave my little guy. I had never left him before but we were vacation and my daughter wanted to go snorkeling. Not a service dog friendly activity. Patience put us at ease from the second we walked up to her door. She was super friendly and just loved my Ewok. She sent me tons of pictures throughout his stay to show me how he was doing. It made this mommy heart happy! The two little dogs keep to themselves as they are older. My golden loves every one and every thing. She makes for the perfect playmate. In case your dog is over-stimulated or just needs a break, I have a way to separate my dogs using baby gates so that we are all still together in the same living area but can rest. I’ve worked at zoos, an animal refuge, and a grooming salon. Due to my career I have taken animal welfare classes and received training in caring for all sorts of animals. With my experience I can provide your pet with the best care and most fun time during our time together. Currently I work at my job 4 days a week. For those requesting house sitting services, I am able to be there in the mornings, evenings, and overnights. However, I do work during the day some days so as long as your pet is able to be alone for periods of time I will gladly accept your booking. For those requesting drop in visits or walks, I have my availability for those services set only for the days I do not work my day job. However if you’re only needing the service in the evening feel free to message me and we can work something out. For pets on any medication, I am experienced in oral administration but I am not able to do injections. Please provide me with any information regarding your pets daily routine. I am interested in knowing how you typically care for your dog/cat so that I can keep them on their typical routine while you are away to keep things consistent for them with minimal stress.
About: I’ve had and taken care of dogs for 10+ years. I’m the go-to dog sitter for most of my family and I enjoy loving on and taking care of any and all dogs. I work part time, usually at night. I’m available most days for walks and daycare as early as 8am on weekdays and weekends. If given enough of a heads up, I can make almost any care plan work. I’m open to caring for your dog anyway you may need. I’m comfortable hanging out with them one on one as well in public if you want them to spend the day playing with other pups. I have two dogs at home with a fenced in back yard.
About: I love animals! 🐶😺 and they normally love me back just as much! I have been around cats and dogs my whole life. If I’m at a friends house you can find me wherever the pet is - I’ll be petting, holding or talking to the animal (yes I talk to pets hehe). I love going for dog walks (humans need their exercise too!). I live on a busy street so it’s exciting for dogs when they are able to look out the window while lounging on the couch and see all the action going on. My kitchen windows are low to the ground so pets can easily look out the window also. I have a large backyard with a privacy fence on all sides for the pups to run around in or suntan. I’ve watched many different breeds of dogs and many sizes ranging from a Rat Terrier to a Great Dane. My parents live next door to me so when not pet sitting I normally visit my pet brother. I work from home so your pet and I will have lots of time to bond together. I have references upon request from those pet owners. I can assure you your pet will be in good hands, but give me the chance to show rather than tell you 😊
