Francesca did a wonderful job caring for our pets and home while we were away. She followed all of the care instructions we discussed, kept us updated, and clearly cared about making sure the animals were comfortable and well taken care of. She also cleaned up after herself and the dogs before leaving, which was very appreciated to come home to. We’re grateful for her help and would gladly recommend her to others looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.

Our sitter was friendly and quick to respond, which I appreciated. However, some important tasks were missed, such as refilling the cats’ water fountain (which was found completely empty when I got home) and cleaning around the litter box. Visits were very short and at inconsistent times without communication, which made me anxious while traveling.
The sitter was involved in an auto accident and was unable to take care of my dogs. This caused a major problem for me as I was 2000 miles away. Not a good experience. Fortunately a family member was able to step in, otherwise my dogs would have been on their own. Rover should have some way to protect against this sort of situation.
I think Francesca is a wonderful caretaker, she is patient and kind, and has so much love for all types of animals. She will do anything to make sure your pet has the best day ever and never ending fun
