“I was very nervous to leave cooper at first because only family has watched him to this point. That all changed this weekend. Kim was absolutely amazing at watching cooper. Cooper stayed at her place the entire time. She provided updates both in the morning and night with pictures. I felt extremely comfortable leaving cooper with Kim over the weekend and would do it again. He looked like he had a great time and I can’t thank Kim enough for her communication and care.”

She was very understanding and flexible when my flights were delayed, and she took great care of him! He didn't want to leave! Now every time I say the word "farm" he runs to the door. Of course, all the local boarding house were booked solid or required a trial before booking. I came across Rover.com and Camilla was one of the first names to pop up. My son was nervous but as soon as she opened the door, we felt comfortable. Her smile was warming, and Jet just ran to her like he new her. She is also a groomer and we paid extra for those services as well. Jet looked like a new dog, smelled so good and she even put a tie on him. He was well taken care of, and we will definitely use her again.”

They sent photos and videos several times a day which made us very happy knowing our baby was being well taken care of and playing with new dog (and human!) friends. “Penny is amazing. Absolutely amazing. Penny and her husband welcomed our two fur babies into their home calmly, professionally, and with open arms. Winston and Cinnamon are special flowers ;) but Penny really took the time to talk with me first to make sure she was equipped to care for them. Once we established it might be a good fit, we were off to see Penny, two hours away. Yep, we drove two hours to see Penny. Winston and Cinnamon were so, so happy with her and her family, we received tons of pictures and updates, and I could tell that they were having a fabulous time. When we picked them up, it was as if they were part of the family, and while they were excited to see us, I could tell that they were very comfortable. They came home happy and tired, and not nearly as clingy as they have at other places. Penny's home is clean and doesn't smell like she keeps dogs, which may sound funny, but trust me, that's not a given for a sitter... She handles her service in a professional manner, which again, is not a given, and frankly, quite rare. You can tell she genuinely treats your dogs as if they were her own, and I never, ever once worried about them. I can honestly say in the five years I've been boarding, generally in the homes of people who were recommended to us, I've never had such a calm, happy feeling about where my babies were. We loved Penny so much that I already told my husband if it's at all possible, whenever we need a sitter for the dogs, I will drive the two hours to leave them with Penny. Hands down.”
