Drawing on my lifelong love for animals, I have a deep understanding of the importance of attentive, quality care. I grew up with terriers and mixed breeds, and later gained experience with larger breeds as well. Together with my family of animal lovers, I provide a safe, loving, and home-based environment where pets can feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I am currently in the process of renewing my CPR and First Aid certification to ensure I continue to provide the best care possible.

Shelby and her family were absolutely amazing! I had to go on a cruise for a week and it was my first time leaving my 2 dogs with someone who wasn’t family. She updated me everyday and sent me pics as well. Even when my dogs were taking a little bit to get used to their new surroundings she never made me feel like they were burdening her. She kept working to find solutions to make them comfortable until they were. I highly recommend her and will definitely book her again when needed.

Shelby and family were wonderful! Zorah had so much fun playing with the children and another pup. Zorah was so worn out from all the excitement of the day by the time I picked her up. All she could do was lay around all evening. Shelby is great with animals and has such a pleasant demeanor. She sent cute pics and videos so I could see how Zorah was getting along! Will definitely use her services again and again!
I am so glad that we found her!!! She is so sweet, kind, soft-spoken, caring, and just the type of person who anyone should feel content to leave their fur-baby with. Her children are very involved with the dogs are they are the most well-behaved kids who know how to treat dogs and how to interact with them. We have been doing daycare with Shelby and her family and I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. My pups have a great time and have been coming home exhausted. A tired pup is a happy pup! I highly recommend!

Schedule
As a homeschooling mother, I have the flexibility to commit my full-time attention to Rover's services. Our time away from home rarely exceeds 3-4 hours, ensuring constant care and supervision. Moreover, I have the capacity to include dogs in our weekly outdoor excursions, enriching their experiences with hikes and adventures.

I provide a personalized and professional experience for my Rover clients, treating them as if they were my own pets. With Pet First Aid and CPR Certification and the added security of private insurance, their safety is my top priority. To ensure the utmost care and attention, I limit the number of dogs in my care to a maximum of four at any given time, allowing for individualized and exceptional care for each furry companion.

A typical day
We offer outdoor playtime on the pups' terms, including ball games, tug of war, walks, and hikes. Our spacious, fenced yard is perfect for running and play. Indoors, there's ample room for lounging, and our furry guests receive plenty of affection and cuddles.
