Sarah was amazingly flexible and kind. She is the first sitter I used with Rover and provided a great experience. Sarah sent pictures and answered all my questions. When I went to pick up my baby she 😩 barked at me and went back to Sarah before coming to me. THATS AMAZING!!! This speaks volumes of how much fun she had with Sarah. Definitely book with her!
She was amazing with Luna and great communication throughout boarding.
Disappointed in the pickup process for my dog. Was super uncomfortable picking him up - the man that came to the door to hand us our dog back was shirtless and seemed ill prepared. They lost my dog’s sweater, the food measuring cup, and the case for his doggie tent (and they returned the tent to us so dirty that we ended up immediately throwing it in the trash). They were completely not ready for us to pick up our dog and we had to keep asking them to go back in their house to collect the belongings they forgot to give us back. On top of that, it feels like he wasn’t getting fed properly. He was extremely hungry when we got home and the fact that the food cup was missing makes me feel as if they had lost the food entirely. He also has a pill he takes daily and I packed the exact amount of pills he would need - we got the pill bag back with several still left in there. Really disappointed overall.
Diamond was well taken care of. Super nice and replied to messages quick. Followed routine. Definitely recommend! Would book again in thw future.
This was my first time using the app and our kitty’s first time away from home. Sarah was very understanding of my concerns. She was caring and comforting to Stormy (my kitty) by providing extra toys and displayed overall knowledge of cats. She always responded promptly and provided updates daily. She is a sweetheart!
Only thing she did was to be available. My dog was hungry. And thirsty when I got him home, he went straight to the bathroom.

I love keeping pets happy, active, and entertained while you're away! Depending on their personality and energy level, I offer a variety of fun activities—from interactive play with toys, laser pointers, and feather wands to relaxing cuddle time or brushing sessions. For dogs, I include plenty of outdoor walks, fetch, tug-of-war, or even mini adventures to the park (with your permission, of course). For cats, I engage in gentle play, window watching, and enrichment games that keep their minds sharp and tails flicking with joy. My goal is to make sure every pet feels loved, stimulated, and totally at ease while in my care.
