“Paige was amazing. We weren’t able to do an initial meet and greet so it took our dog a little bit of time to warm up to her, but she remained consistent and patient & he absolutely loved her by the second visit. She also communicated well & sent lots of pictures. We would definitely recommend her.”

“This was out first time leaving our Tachi at home and Madysen was such an excellent help! She was quick to respond and she really set all our worries at ease. Whenever we next travel, I’ll definitely be reaching out again, and you should too!!”

“Nakita was wonderful with my dog Hanzo during Christmas. She was kind, attentive, and treated him like her own. She made sure he was walked, fed on time, and well cared for. Her communication was great, and she was always punctual and reliable. I had total peace of mind and will definitely book her again in the future. Highly recommended!”

About: Hello! I have over 15 years experience training and caring for dogs. I have previously volunteered at the animal shelter where I helped train, walk and keep company of the animals boarded. I have also grown up with at least 1 dog in the house my entire life. I have basic training abilities (sit, stay, come, shake, no, kisses/speak) and an amplitude of love to give! I am an educator so I have summers off, leaving my schedule wide open :) I have a 2 year old that loves to play outside and go for walks! He would potentially accompany me to play with your babies if you don’t mind! He loves animals and knows how to be gentle as we have a 14yo Shih-tzu. We can’t get another animal at this time so please let me give your babies love and attention while you’re away!! I would prefer to watch your babies at your house…my dog Portia would be anxious with another animal in the home so it is easier for me to go to you:) but I am willing to take walks and play outside/inside with your pets!
About: I have been working with dogs for over a year now. I am very capable of handling dogs of all sizes and breeds, am able to care for multiple dogs at the same time, and is well versed on dog body language and training I will incorporate your pets into my schedule and make sure they receive the time and care that they deserve, treating them like my own I treat all pets with respect and kindness, can easily crate if needed and/or de-escalate situations to prevent anything from happening, all pets will be kept safe
About: Since I was born, I’ve always had a dog or a cat in the house with me, and I have my own cat now. I have been responsible for a variety of dogs, from including my parents’ great dane to a friend’s dachshund. they go out or stay at work late. I have experience in walking, feeding, and playing with their pets! I have also volunteered at an aquarium and insectarium and have experience in more “exotic” pets such as snakes, spiders, or hissing roaches. Unfortunately, I am not in a situation where I can readily accept other pets into my place of living. I have a small apartment, and my own cat, who unfortunately dislikes other animals :( I have a pretty flexible schedule as I am currently a graduate student who works from home half the week! I usually go into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, however, my lab is very flexible! As I am not currently taking pets in my own home, I mostly conduct drop ins and walks. During drop ins I like to first bring dogs outside if applicable to play with them for a bit before going inside to eat! For cats, I like to sit with the cat for a little bit and try to play with them before feeding and litter box cleaning!

“We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter. Jakub treated our dogs like his own. He sent pictures and communicated with us during his visit. Jakub handled our special needs pup with great care, and clarified any questions he had regarding our detailed instructions. Our dogs were so happy, and clearly spoiled while he was here. We highly recommended Jakub! He will be our first choice anytime we need a dog sitter.”

About: I have experience with all types of dogs!! I've worked at the barkers lounge while I lived in Charlotte, and in Winston Salem I have had over 2 years experience working at Ruff Housing and mount tabor boarding and grooming, and down here I've worked at Barks doggydaycare and I am currently at a grooming facility close by! I absolutely love being able to work with animals allowing the owners to be worried free while your fur babies are in my care! From running around with them to just loving up on them its such a blessing to be able to work with a smile on my face while making them feel comfortable and happy. Since I've worked there I now know the basics of how to calm a dog down, recognize when they feel scared or happy and know when to let them take a break from playing . I also learned a lot of behavior from different types of dogs as well as how to play with them so that I'm not to rough or soft with them. I moved down to Pooler to he with my fiancé from winston salem North Carolina! I currently work as a dog groomer so my days at work are usually 6-8 hours Wednesday- Saturday. But don't worry, my fiance will be home Wednesday and Thursday to help give kisses and pets when needed! Sunday- Tuesday Ill be able to love on your pets all day! My mornings usually start around 7 with a 15 minute walk and breakfast! As soon as I get home a longer walk happends followed by dinner for the pets! I live in a luxury apartment so I will be able to take your pet to the park, go on nice long walks and come right inside to the cool ac air!
About: I have 4 dogs and a bearded dragon. I used to have ferrets and I occasionally take care of my parent’s cats. I am dedicated and reliable pet care provider with 14 years of experience caring for diverse breeds and temperaments. Proven track record of maintaining strict feeding schedules, administering medications, and providing high-energy exercise. Committed to ensuring owner peace of mind through consistent communication and exceptional animal welfare standards. I am currently on maternity leave and my four dogs get two walks around the neighborhood a day of course with the help of my husband. We go to the beach or nature park once a week. I have a fenced in yard with a doggy door and I am always home. Depending on your dogs needs they can be crated and feed according to your schedule. I am very easy going but love to follow schedules if provided.
About: I grew up in a family with 6 or more animals all the time. Life would be so boring without animals! I also grew up on a farm with horses, donkeys, and chickens. I love all animals and would love to meet yours! I work a 9-5 but I make sure to dedicate lots of time for my animals (and yours!) I’m flexible with my time as well. I live right next to Forsyth park and a square downtown. I have lots of areas to let yours and my animals roam and get some outside time!
About: I grew up surrounded by all different types of pets. Having had mostly rescue animals, I have plenty of experience dealing with pets who may be slow to open up due to their pasts. I’ve learned how to problem-solve in emergency situations, practice patience with pets who may not be fully trained, and take care of sick animals who may require medicine administration. I am a part time student, but during June through August, I will be available most days and times! In the fall I will update my availability. I’m familiar using lots of animal equipment such as crates, puppy gates, etc. I’m a very thorough direction follower and will be sure to treat your space and pets with the respect they deserve!

I understand each animal has their own routine and personality. So, I take the time to get to know each one so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I’ll treat your pets with the same care and attention I give my own. I’m currently working part time so I have a lot of free time to give your furry baby! Im available for walks, drop-in visits and overnight care throughout the week. I can also easily adjust my schedule to meet your pets routine. I strive to create a safe and loving environment in your home for your furry family while you are away. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
