She had us come over to meet her fur babies to make sure all of them got along before booking, which put my mind at ease knowing that they would get along. I got pictures and updates of Ollie everyday, and he looked to be having a blast! Leigh was willing to make sleeping adjustments for him to make sure he was as comfortable as possible. “Cristina was wonderful with our dog. She went above and beyond for him as he got sick just hours after we dropped him off. He ate something he shouldn’t have at our house, which we somehow missed and threw up all over Cristina’s house. Not only was she super gracious but also made sure he is comfortable, she cooked him plain rice, gave him yogurt for his upset tummy and also gave him a mini bath to clean his beard and paws. She was so kind and communicative throughout the process, just making sure our dog was better. He recovered the next day but she still pampered him, letting him sleep in her bed and keeping us up to date on his progress. We really appreciate your care! Thank you!”
