In clients’ homes, I start with a thorough meet-and-greet and gather all routines, medical needs, and emergency contacts in writing. I keep keys secure and follow sanitation protocols to protect pets and homes alike. I maintain close communication with daily updates—photos, feeding logs, and notes—that quietly assure owners I’m caring attentively. I’m always ready with a safety kit and vet contact for emergencies.
