About: Senior care, puppy care. I can do both! Bonus, if your dog likes to run, so do I! Medications no problem, clipping nails, no problem. I work full time, so I’m available evenings, nights, and weekends. I can house sit certain nights, can do drop ins any day of the week. I have worked with a variety of species. I have no issues with reptiles, rodents, amphibians, cats, and dogs etc. I am passionate about animal care.

“Jasmaine was an amazing sitter! My one-year-old pup has some separation anxiety, so it was really important for me to find someone who could care for him at home and give him the attention he needs throughout the day. Jasmaine took the time to come meet Draco beforehand, which I really appreciated, and Draco loved her right away! While I was away, she kept me updated with lots of pictures and regular check-ins, which gave me so much peace of mind. I truly felt like he was in great hands. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

About: I grew up caring for two energetic black Labs, which taught me the importance of daily exercise and attentive care for high-energy breeds. I’ve also raised a Yorkie and French Bulldogs, so I’m familiar with the needs of smaller and brachycephalic breeds, including keeping walks safe and low-stress in warmer weather. Over the years, I’ve been the go-to pet sitter for friends and family, providing feeding, walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. Whether your pet is active and playful or prefers a slower pace, I’ll ensure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I have flexible availability to fit your schedule! On weekdays, I have OPEN AVAILABILITY. I am happy to drop in to visit with your pet while you’re at work. I also have open availability on weekends for walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting. I treat pets like one of my own! I make sure they have a comfortable space to relax, regular potty breaks, daily walks, and plenty of playtime and affection. I stick closely to their normal feeding and medication schedules and keep their routines as familiar as possible to reduce stress. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions closely. I keep pets comfortable in their own environment, maintaining their usual routines for feeding, walking, playtime, and bedtime. I always make safety my top priority—whether it’s securing doors and gates, keeping walks safe, or sending regular updates and pictures so owners have peace of mind while away. I am also happy to FaceTime so your sweet baby can see you and hear your voice while you’re gone!

About: As someone who grew up in and out of vet clinics, I have a lot of experience with caring for and watching cats and dogs. At the moment, I’m working part time at different hours. I’ll be available for overnight care on weekends and before and after work hours during the week. I live in a four bedroom apartment with three roommates so I will only be able to care for pets in clients’ homes. I make sure to stimulate the pet with play and outdoor activities while also ensuring rest during hotter times of the day. Overnight, I would allow the pet to sleep in the room with me so they can feel safe and comfortable.

“Chelsy was very communicative, was able to accommodate a extra night last minute and I had no worries while I was gone. I have 3 dogs, ages 7-14, with varying health issues and meds, Chelsy took care that all my instructions were followed. She had a extra challenge with it being NYE and one of my boys being terrified of loud noises (fireworks, storms, etc). Highly recommend and will use again!!!”

About: Previously I’ve had 2 years of professional dog handling experience from working at dog daycare and boarding facilities. Every day, I would spend hours playing with pups of all different ages, breeds, and sizes. I worked hard to make sure they were fed (and medicated if needed), hand feeding them and sitting down with them if they were too anxious to eat in a new environment. I cared for at least 30 dogs a day, sometimes up to 60. All of them hold a special place in my heart, and I still remember over 200 names. There, I was taught the proper ways to handle and walk dogs. I was also trained on CPR in case of emergencies. Every dog I met had a different personality, so I had to learn from experience how to handle each and every one of them differently. Admittedly, I have less experience when it comes to cat care, though I did own three cats and raised two litters of them with the help of my grandparents a few years ago. Nevertheless would be an honor for me to take care of your pet, cat or dog, it’s something that I greatly enjoy doing. No matter how big, small, rough, excited, or grumpy your pet is, I would love to care for them. No accommodation is too difficult for me. I’m currently in school at LSU with morning classes, so my schedule is more suited to afternoons and evenings on weekdays. I’m completely free all day on weekends. My services are restricted to walking and home visits for the time being as I live in on-campus accommodations. I feel comfortable caring for pets who do not have a fenced in backyard.

About: I grew up taking care of pets from all breeds and sizes. In the last few years I have taken care of many foster animals while they were waiting on their furever home. I currently work part time as a college student which means plenty of time to take care of fur babies and their needs. Besides, who doesn’t love some furry TLC after class. I keep a clean and safe environment for all pets. I can not function in a mess so why make my furry friends try to do that.

Port Allen pet parents share their Rover experiences
Allison was amazing. She watched our dog and 2 cats while we were away, and house sat for us. The girls were well taken care of, and the communication was exactly what we would expect. She sent us nightly updates and pictures of the crew getting treats, lovings, and cuddles. I would recommend Allison for any job as she takes pride in her work, and we never felt like our girls were not being taken care of. Thank you, Allison, for everything that you did to make my wife and I comfortable and Ollie, Tillie, and Maisie feel special. Your love for animals, shines!!
