About: Love taking are of pets! I’ve had experience with caring for pups to seniors. I currently own 2 dogs now that I love so much! I’ve had dogs that have needed medication etc. I’m a teacher with afternoons off and I would love to check-in with your dog in the afternoons after work. Caring for your dog would be fun! I’m also available on weekends for various services. My dogs are crate free throughout the day but can be crated if needed. They love to roam around my home and enjoy walks daily!

About: Not only have I grown up around dogs my entire life, I was a dog trainer for five years and have experience as a dog groomer as well. Dogs have always had a special place with me and I have been the go to pet sitter for my friends and family. Looking forward to bringing that care to you! I’m currently working full time without a consistent week to week schedule. That being said, if your request is within a month please reach out as I have my schedule 3 weeks in advance and we can discuss if I meet your needs. If it is past 3 weeks out, I have the ability to have some flexibility in my shifts to best suit what is needed! About: Honestly, I don't think I've gone more than a few months of my life without a pet around. I grew up with dogs and have since lived with and looked after dobermans, beagles, doodles, pointers, and pitbulls, amongst others, so a big, strong, or stubborn dog doesn't throw me off, and neither does a nervous first-timer. I've also lived with cats for years, so I speak fluent "aloof but secretly obsessed with you." Along the way I've picked up a lot of the extra care stuff almost by accident: giving meds on a schedule, handling a dog with leash reactivity, sticking to a strict routine for an anxious pet, being patient with a senior pet who needs a little more help getting around. I'm not saying I've seen it all, but I've seen a lot, and I actually enjoy the pets who need a bit more thought and attention. They're usually the most rewarding ones to work with. I'm currently a full-time master's student, and don't currently have other part-time work, but I will communicate if that changes in the future. I do have evening classes that are online except for one. Otherwise, I'm available to spend time with your fur babies. I like sitting in your pet's own home when that's an option. It just tends to be less stressful for them than a strange new place. Every pet's a little different, so I'm not going in with a fixed routine; I'd rather figure out what actually works for your dog or cat and stick to that. If your pet needs meds, has a quirk, or gets nervous easily, that's not a dealbreaker for me, if anything, tell me more, because I want to get it right.
