“We had to book super last minute with Robyn but she did an amazing job with our puppy and she left the cutest note and pictures that made me feel so much less anxious. Would absolutely book with her again!”

About: Licensed veterinary technician, I have experience in Veterinary Emergency for 2 years and General practice for a little over 1 year. I also did about 3 months in shelter medicine, but my heart was a little to hurt by the things I seen to stay very long. I have 4 cats and a dog of my own. I perfer cats but I have no fear of bigger breed dogs or the little guys. Pitties are my second favorite breed. I dont mind walks baths or giving a few extra cuddles. I am working full time in a small family owned animal clinic. I am around pets every day for 10 hours. I then come home to my 4 cats and 1 dog whom I love more then anything. My dog is fed twice a day and its on medications so giving medications is never a concern for me. My cats spend most of their day playing until I come home and we cuddle, the doggo is always right beside me.
About: Ever since I was a young lad, I've had 2 cats that I still take care of to this day. I've also been taking care or my parents' dogs not super long ago. I always try my best to help your pets! I'm available at anytime! I should be available at anytime unless I note it somewhere in my profile. Also available at day and night anyday. I always try my best to follow the owner's instructions on how to take care of their pets no matter how I feel about them.
“Brittany was great. She provided pictures and let me know what was going on with my dogs while I was out of town. It was great to know that they were in such good hands. I will definitely use her in the future.”

“Tyler is awesome. She’s responsive and on time every time. Takes great care of Bella for me. I will absolutely be re-booking walks every week because it’s most likely the highlight of Bella’s day”

“Responded quickly and was able to take Pepper out in a pinch. Also, made sure he had water, brought a package in and made sure our cat was let inside! Highly recommend Ms. Renee for your pets. ♥️ I appreciate you!”

About: I've grown up taking care of all kinds of pets and critters! I have worked as a veterinary assistant and a wildlife rehabilitator, and have spent most of my free time volunteering in animal shelters and wildlife rehabilitation centers. I’d be happy to take care of any pets besides just your cat and dog, just let me know what you need! You can be sure that I will provide the very best care that I can for your pets :) I currently work as a veterinary assistant and am volunteering at wildlife rehabilitation centers and animal shelters, and can schedule those around drop-ins and walks, so I have a pretty open schedule! I’m usually busy Mondays and Wednesdays, but am happy to do early and late evening drop-ins if your pet ever needs it! Just let me know what you need! Your pet will be treated with nothing but love and respect :) Let me know whatever they need to keep them comfortable and happy - their routines, their favorite toys, etc. I'd be happy to take them on as many walks and give as many snuggles as needed to keep them happy with you're away! I also make sure to send updates and images for every visit!
About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 12 years, and it’s something I truly love. When I lived in Florida for about 9 years, I regularly pet sat for families, including overnight and extended stays of up to a month, as well as drop-in visits for walks and playtime. I genuinely connect with the animals I care for—I still remember and think about the dogs I’ve watched over the years. I believe the Lord created animals with love and purpose, and caring for them is something He has placed on my heart. I treat every pet like they are my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I also have experience with basic training, including potty training, leash walking, and teaching dogs to sit and wait. What sets me apart is the attention, patience, and heart I bring into this work—I don’t just watch pets, I spend quality time with them so they feel comfortable and secure. I truly love caring for pets and enjoy getting to know each pet and their unique needs. I currently work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 AM–3:00 PM in Nolensville, so I have more limited availability during those hours. I’m happy to work with families around my schedule to provide their pets with loving and dependable care.I maintain a flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate feeding times, walks, playtime, and overnight care as needed. Whether it’s regular drop in visits or extended stays, I prioritize consistency, reliability, and being fully present to ensure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I provide care exclusively in my clients homes so pets can remain in a familiar and comfortable environment. I follow each owners instructions closely, including feeding schedules, exercise, routines, medication, if needed, and any specific preferences or habits the pet has. I also make sure pets receive plenty of attention, playtime, and affection while maintaining their normal routine my goal is to keep them happy, safe, and as stress-free as possible, while their owners are away.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a little girl. I love small, medium, and large dogs and cats! I used to own an American bully but unfortunately his owner wanted him back. I enjoy playing, watching, dressing up, and walking all pets! I currently work full time Sun-Wed but I am home most of the time. I have a 3 day weekend, Thursday-at so I’m definitely home and bored lol. I love being around pets! I own a townhome with a garage. My backyard is fenced behind an interstate. I also have an extra bedroom and lots of living space room for the pet to run around!
About: Hi! I’m a local mom living on a mini farm in Goodlettsville with my husband, son, two dogs, and ten chickens. Animals have always been a huge part of our lives, and we spend most of our days outside exploring, playing, and staying active. My son absolutely loves animals and is a wonderful little helper. He accompanies me about 90% of the time, so if your dog or cat prefers a child-free environment or isn’t comfortable around kids, please let me know and we can discuss whether we’re a good fit. We love getting out and doing fun activities, whether that’s neighborhood walks, playing in the yard, walking to coffee, or even taking your pup on an adventure to a dog park (with your permission, of course!). If your pet prefers a slower pace, we’re equally happy to provide snuggles, backyard or indoor playtime, and companionship at home. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets, and I’ll treat your dog or cat like one of our own—with plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and updates while you’re away. We have a sweet newborn baby so I’m home 24/7 to be with your pup giving treats and snuggles and making sure all their needs are met. We have a fenced in front yard waiting for your pup to explore! We also have two friendly dogs for your pup to play with!

About: I've had animals of all kinds my entire life. I've had dogs of all sizes, cats of many kinds, guinea pigs, and even snakes. I've never met a pet I didn't love, and I'm known for unsocial animals warming up to me very quickly. I'm a huge animal lover and would love the opportunity to keep your fur baby company while you're away. I currently work full time in Nashville. Due to that, I have my availability turned off during the week. However, I am happy to to work together on evening visits for when I get home. I also have open availability during the weekend. My cat in my home gets the queen treatment, so I'd absolutely provide the same treatment for your fur baby. I provide all of the cuddles, pets, and play time to make for a happy pet.
About: I have had dogs for most of my life. At a very young age I fell in awe with my four legged friends! I have cared for my own dogs from puppies till their senior years of life, with care and compassion. I have three amazing dogs currently one is young (Shasta) and the two are my seniors (Phelan and Joey). I have rescued most of my pets, and I have had the ability to train and rehabilitate some. Every single one of them have always had the utmost care, love and respect individually, no matter the breed. I am currently working as a mobile notary and set my own schedule, which allows me the flexibility and time needed to meet the needs of pet care into my daily and weekly routine. I will care for your pet as if they were my own. I know firsthand how stressful it can be to trust someone other than yourself to meet the needs and care of your fur babies. I will follow your directions and guidance to always make sure that I am meeting the specific requirements of care and need for each one of your pets individually. Communication is key!

About: i’ve taken care of animals for about 8 years now. i have also had at least 1 dog and cat for my entire life. i have 3 dogs and a cat myself (including a 16 year old beagle)!! i love animals soso much and think they deserve the absolute best from everyone. i often drive around handing out pet supplies to homeless with animals as well. im currently part time in school and work! i usually have class 8am-1pm but have an awkward break until work at 4pm-11pm. on my off days i am completely available and always looking for stuff to do! i have a fenced in yard for my 3 dogs and keep my cat inside. i often take one of the dogs to run errands with me and explore for some enrichment and fun! i don’t take my elderly dog (16) out too much due to his lipomas (fat tumors- typical for beagles) interfering with his hip/leg movement during long walks. he does get plenty of attention and fun at home though!
“Mrs. Anita was GREAT! This was my first time leaving my Freenie with a stranger. When she came to meet Freenie, she was so loving and kind that I immediately felt comfortable with this arrangement. Mrs. Anita kept me informed through messages and pictures which put my mind at ease that my Freenie was being well taken care of. I am absolutely happy with the service that I received. I will definitely use her again.”

About: I love caring for animals and discovering their unique personalities. My whole life I’ve always had a cat or dog living with me, whether it be mine or my roommates. Making sure they know they are loved and safe is my top priority. I am an Assistant Director in the film and Television industry, during my downtime between jobs I have an ample amount of time in my days. With dogs I work hard to build a level of trust between me and the pup. Consistency and repetition is key for me. Each dog is different so it takes some effort to get to understand them.
About: I’ve been sitting / watching dogs and other animals for more than a couple of years and I truly enjoy what I do . I’m done everyday around 12:30 so after that my day is free ! Weekends are not busy at all so those work perfect as well ! If I were to sit in the weekdays I’d do a morning stop then of course whenever school gets out go and check up on the animal ! I have a fenced in yard if clients need their dog to stay at my house . Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
