About: With 30+ years of experience working with animals, I bring a lifetime of knowledge, compassion, and hands-on experience to every pet in my care. My background includes pet sitting, veterinary hospital work, canine behavior modification and training, and animal rescue. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science as well as a Master’s degree. I offer in-home boarding for dogs under 30 pounds, in-home pet sitting visits (including cat care), house sitting, and dog walking services. My veterinary and caregiving experience allows me to confidently care for pets with a wide range of medical and special needs. I am comfortable administering medications, including oral medications, injections, and subcutaneous fluids, and assisting with surgical recovery—from minor procedures to major orthopedic recoveries and rehabilitation. I also have extensive experience caring for senior and special-needs dogs and cats. Three of my own dogs have had heart conditions, and two of those also experienced seizures, so I understand firsthand the additional attention and care that medically complex pets can require. I have taken numerous obedience and training classes with my own dogs and have extensive experience with training and behavioral modification. While your pet is in my care, my goal is not simply to keep them safe, but to help them feel happy, comfortable, loved, and enriched while you're away. Pet sitting visits are 20-30 minutes long and there’s no additional fee for additional pets. Overnights include staying at your home between the hours of 9pm-6am. Additional fees for lunch and late afternoon visits will incur if needed during overnight bookings. A Family Home for Your Dog I am a mom to three wonderful, animal-loving daughters and serve as the North Carolina Rescue Coordinator for Cavalier Rescue USA. I currently have three dogs of my own, and our family regularly welcomes foster and boarding dogs into our home. My children and dogs are accustomed to having new furry friends join us and genuinely enjoy welcoming them! Our boarders are treated just like our own pets. They are welcome throughout our home, including on the furniture, and are included in our normal family routine. I'm home most of the time, and when I do need to leave, it's generally for no more than 1–2 hours at a time. Our home also features a secured, covered deck attached to a fenced yard, giving the dogs a safe and enjoyable outdoor space to relax and play with us. We use baby gates throughout the home where appropriate to help prevent accidental escapes through doors, unsupervised access to stairs, and other potential safety concerns. Because I want to provide a calm, personalized experience, I do not board dogs from multiple families at the same time. Your dog will receive my full attention rather than being one of many dogs in a crowded boarding environment. Requirements for In-Home Boarding To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, dogs staying in my home must: Be comfortable and experienced around children and other dogs Be housetrained (pee-pad trained dogs are not accepted) Be current on vaccinations or have proof of appropriate titer levels Be maintained on heartworm and flea prevention Be neutered if male Be spayed if female, or not be in heat during the boarding stay Be crate trained, which is important for their safety during the brief periods when I need to leave the house Pass a required meet-and-greet before boarding so we can make sure my home is a good fit for your dog—and that your dog is a good fit for our family You will need to provide your dog's regular food and treats for the duration of their stay. Pickup and drop-off are available by appointment only between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. My philosophy is simple: when your pet is in my care, they are treated like family. I want you to have peace of mind knowing that your dog or cat is receiving experienced, attentive, individualized care from someone who truly understands animals and loves what she does. I’m home most of the time caring for my own dogs and children. When I do need to leave, it’s just for quick errands or driving the kids somewhere. I’m available midday each day, for walks and drop-in visits for cats, farm animals, etc. We have a fenced yard, gates throughout the house, and deadbolt all doors to ensure we take extra time to secure dogs before entering and exiting.

About: I’ve always had a genuine love for animals and understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own, with plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and snuggles. I’m patient and attentive to each pet’s individual personality, routine, and needs—whether that means an energetic walk and lots of playtime or a quieter day with extra companionship and cuddles. I’m also happy to follow your pet’s feeding schedule, medications, and any special instructions you provide. Most importantly, I want both you and your pet to feel comfortable with me. I’ll make sure they receive plenty of loving care and pampering while you’re not there! 🐾❤️ I have a flexible schedule that allows me to easily make pet care part of my daily routine. I’m able to plan my day around walks, feedings, playtime, check-ins, and plenty of one-on-one attention. I enjoy having animals around and love the little breaks in my day for walks, cuddles, and playtime! I’m also happy to work with your pet’s usual routine as much as possible so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. 🐾 I live just outside the city limits and have a large front yard with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Because my yard isn’t fenced, dogs will always be supervised and kept safely on a leash when outside. I also love visiting Doggos! If your pup has a Doggos membership and enjoys going, I’d be happy to take them for some extra fun and socialization. I actually go sometimes just to hang out and play with the dogs, even when I don’t bring my own—she’s a sweet little old lady these days and prefers a quieter pace. ❤️ I’m also happy to care for your pets in their own home if that’s where they’re most comfortable. I can follow their normal routine, take them for walks, spend time playing or cuddling, and make sure they feel safe and loved while you’re away. I’m flexible and happy to work with whatever makes you and your pet feel most comfortable. 🐾

About: Hey Everyone! I am a college student trying to make some 💵 this summer! I have two cute doggies I take care of everyday that I give infinite affection to, I have a 12 year old (Coco) and a 6 year old (Olive). I have dealt with dogs my whole life, so not to worry. I promise to give the same love and affection to your adorable pups! I am working part time. Monday-Sunday I can walk or drop in and care for your pups. However not every weekend I will be able to pet sit, just message me and we can rearrange something. I will make sure your dog becomes comfortable and safe with me, to give him/her lots of love and affection, and treats for being the best doggies in the world! If you have a shy doggy I can always work with him or her on feeling safe with me.

About: I have several years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and reptiles, including my own senior dog before she passed. I have experience in the medical field and am comfortable with giving medication orally and via injection if needed. I am comfortable caring for all ages of pets from puppies and kittens to seniors. Currently the only pet in my home is my senior bearded dragon who has an enclosure with a lid. I have just started a new job Mon-Thurs, and am available to give your fur babies all the love on the weekends or during the week if your pet is okay being alone for about 8 hours. I live on the edge of downtown and walk through Fisher Park at least once daily. I don't have a proper fenced in yard, as it is shared between several houses, but there is space for a potty break. I live in a fairly busy area so if you dog is noise reactive I probably am not the right fit for you.

About: I’ve taken care of animals ever since I was 8. Ive had a pet dog and I currently take care of my pet turtle which I’ve had since I was 5. Ive walked plenty of dogs so I’m used to being around them. I’m working a part time job right now so I have all the time in the world. I also take care of my turtle everyday so taking good care of other animals would be perfect for me and my schedule because it gives me something to do. I live in a very family friendly community so you don’t have to worry about your dogs safety and there is also lots of other people walking their dogs as well so i would fit right in walking other dogs

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, reptiles, amphibians. I have provided drop in care, over night care, week long pet boarding. Special needs pets. Both my husband and I work from home. About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for family pets and about 7 years of hands on experience training and caring for my own dogs. I currently have a small Maltese/Yorkie mix and i understand that every dog has their own personality, energy level, and needs. I’m naturally fun and high functioning energy, so I’m comfortable keeping up with active dogs, but I’d say patience is one of my biggest strengths. Working in healthcare has taught me how important patience, attentiveness, and compassion are, and I bring that same approach when caring for animals. I work PRN(as needed) in healthcare, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to have plenty of time to give your pet the attention and care they deserve. My availability can vary week to week, but I’m able to plan my schedule around pet care and make sure your pet gets plenty of playtime, walks, and companionship. I live in a one-bedroom apartment with access to a dog park, a large open field directly in front of my complex, and several nearby walking trails. I make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and given plenty of opportunities for exercise and outdoor time. I’ll also follow any routines, feeding instructions, or special care preferences you provide so your pet feels as comfortable and safe as possible.

About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life, and because of my close involvement with animals, I’ve always derived great joy from taking care of them. I would love to meet your animals and provide them whatever they need, whenever they need it. I am currently enrolled in Guilford Technical Community College and have a very open school schedule for whenever you would like to book. I’m flexible! :) I have a large, fenced in backyard and a nice cat-friendly home for them to walk into. Additionally, I strive to always care with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

About: I've taken care of Cats, Dogs, Guinea pigs, Rats, Ferrets, and Anoles. All animals are family and they should be loved and cared for as such. I work freelance as an illustrator. Working remote gives me the flexibility to be there for your fur family when they need care, company, and connection. My partner and I have a six year old cat named Roger. He needs his arthritis meds every day and needs company when he eats.

My experience with dogs varies widely — from feeding litters of newborn pups to taking young German Shepards on long walks each day, I am ready to meet your pet’s needs! About: I’ve had and taken care of dogs my whole life, I often watch pets for members and have not had any incidents (thankfully!) i have 2 dogs who get along well with other dogs and would be happy to play. I love animals a lot and am currently taking classes transfer to be a vet technician, I worked as a kennel attendant at an animal daycare and I also am a volunteer at the Burlington animals shelter. I’m available weekends or weekdays after 6pm. While I am in school and do have a job, I’m often open and would be more than happy to have some extra critters in my home ❤️ I have a fenced in yard that has Shade it in to play and plenty of dog toys, I also have 2 dogs myself who would love to play. Food and water is always open and provided to animals and there is also a dog park a minute walk away from my home that if allowed I’d be more than willing to take the dogs to. Animals would also be provided with a bed and plenty of couch space if a nap is needed.

About: I’ve personally had dogs my whole life! I have experience with caring for senior dogs as well as puppies. I have a special place in my heart for labs, but I love them all! I’ve yet to meet a dog I don’t like. As a dog owner myself, caring for pets is part of my everyday life. I love spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable. For boarding, I offer Thursday evening drop-offs, and pets must be picked up by Sunday. This helps me ensure each pet gets the best care possible during their stay In my home, pets are treated like family. I have two friendly dogs of my own, Sunny and Ruby, so I understand the importance of maintaining a safe, loving, and structured environment. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medication administration (if needed), and plenty of affection and attention. I also make sure pet parents receive regular updates and photos so they can feel confident their furry family member is happy and well cared for

About: I started off pet sitting small I had two regular customers. I would watch two cats for one and a dog for another. I have always owned a dog or cat. And would watch close friends and families pets. Then took the leap of faith and start with Rover. I do take same day bookings as long as I'm not full. I do stay busy have a few repeat clients already. I will work with you 100% and communicate 100%. Being reliable is key and communication is key. Daily routine for dogs or cats that are being boarded. Cats will always be in a safe designated area away from dogs if they are boarded. They get fed in the morning and evening normally 8am and 5pm or whatever the client wants. They go potty really early and throughout the day and their last potty break is normally around 10-11pm. They pretty much do whatever and just have a great time playing with other pets and making them feel at home. They are allowed on beds and furniture. You will always get updates daily and pictures. They will go on walks also. Now in home visits is whatever you as the client wants. I leave it up to you. Normally they get spoiled and loved on and go outside fed whatever you need. They also get very spoiled and pampered while being boarded. Safety and cleanliness is my top priority. I slowly and monitor every dogs behavior that is staying just to make sure they all get along. I always feed each dog separately as some are food aggressive. Your dogs bowls get clean after each meal and sent home clean. Floors get sanitized each day and vacuumed. Their dog toys, blankets and dog beds get washed before they leave so they are nice and clean. Dog poop gets picked up out of the yard daily. I do have indoor and outdoor cameras to monitor the dogs if gone.

About: I have always had dogs, goldendoodles labradors bichon and always took care of my family’s animals from guinea pigs to dogs, and neighbors pets as well. I love animals!! I do work four days a week. I have plenty of time in the morning till two on days I work and days I’m available all day. We would go to the park. I have a fenced in yard as well. A neighborhood that I can walk dogs as well. I have a fence backyard plenty of room in the front. I have no problem, walking your dog at your home and your area at the park.
