About: With 30+ years of experience working with animals, I bring a lifetime of knowledge, compassion, and hands-on experience to every pet in my care. My background includes pet sitting, veterinary hospital work, canine behavior modification and training, and animal rescue. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science as well as a Master’s degree. I offer in-home boarding for dogs under 30 pounds, in-home pet sitting visits (including cat care), house sitting, and dog walking services. My veterinary and caregiving experience allows me to confidently care for pets with a wide range of medical and special needs. I am comfortable administering medications, including oral medications, injections, and subcutaneous fluids, and assisting with surgical recovery—from minor procedures to major orthopedic recoveries and rehabilitation. I also have extensive experience caring for senior and special-needs dogs and cats. Three of my own dogs have had heart conditions, and two of those also experienced seizures, so I understand firsthand the additional attention and care that medically complex pets can require. I have taken numerous obedience and training classes with my own dogs and have extensive experience with training and behavioral modification. While your pet is in my care, my goal is not simply to keep them safe, but to help them feel happy, comfortable, loved, and enriched while you're away. Pet sitting visits are 20-30 minutes long and there’s no additional fee for additional pets. Overnights include staying at your home between the hours of 9pm-6am. Additional fees for lunch and late afternoon visits will incur if needed during overnight bookings. A Family Home for Your Dog I am a mom to three wonderful, animal-loving daughters and serve as the North Carolina Rescue Coordinator for Cavalier Rescue USA. I currently have three dogs of my own, and our family regularly welcomes foster and boarding dogs into our home. My children and dogs are accustomed to having new furry friends join us and genuinely enjoy welcoming them! Our boarders are treated just like our own pets. They are welcome throughout our home, including on the furniture, and are included in our normal family routine. I'm home most of the time, and when I do need to leave, it's generally for no more than 1–2 hours at a time. Our home also features a secured, covered deck attached to a fenced yard, giving the dogs a safe and enjoyable outdoor space to relax and play with us. We use baby gates throughout the home where appropriate to help prevent accidental escapes through doors, unsupervised access to stairs, and other potential safety concerns. Because I want to provide a calm, personalized experience, I do not board dogs from multiple families at the same time. Your dog will receive my full attention rather than being one of many dogs in a crowded boarding environment. Requirements for In-Home Boarding To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, dogs staying in my home must: Be comfortable and experienced around children and other dogs Be housetrained (pee-pad trained dogs are not accepted) Be current on vaccinations or have proof of appropriate titer levels Be maintained on heartworm and flea prevention Be neutered if male Be spayed if female, or not be in heat during the boarding stay Be crate trained, which is important for their safety during the brief periods when I need to leave the house Pass a required meet-and-greet before boarding so we can make sure my home is a good fit for your dog—and that your dog is a good fit for our family You will need to provide your dog's regular food and treats for the duration of their stay. Pickup and drop-off are available by appointment only between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. My philosophy is simple: when your pet is in my care, they are treated like family. I want you to have peace of mind knowing that your dog or cat is receiving experienced, attentive, individualized care from someone who truly understands animals and loves what she does. I’m home most of the time caring for my own dogs and children. When I do need to leave, it’s just for quick errands or driving the kids somewhere. I’m available midday each day, for walks and drop-in visits for cats, farm animals, etc. We have a fenced yard, gates throughout the house, and deadbolt all doors to ensure we take extra time to secure dogs before entering and exiting.

About: I love animals I’ve had variations of animals my whole life I currently have 2 cats , 2 ferrets and one ball python . I am a dog groomer and I want to expand my work and possibly offer home grooming for a reasonable price of course <3 I work full time at as a groomer at a local business but I’m available for over night boarding and weekend boarding (anytime after 5pm on weekdays) (anytime on weekends) I have two friendly cats that I adopted from my job so they are well used to dogs and have no issue with them or loud noises they are very sweet babies and for the most part stay out of the way

About: I love all breeds of dogs and I love spending time with puppies and older dogs that need extra tender love and care for them. I’m currently working ROVER part-time! I’m available on the weekends from 11am-7:30pm and Monday-Friday 6:30pm-8:30pm. I can house sit but I will need a 72 hour advance when you need me to do that. I love caring for dogs outside of my own. I would prefer to home sit at your home, and I love taking dogs out for walks and spending time with them.

About: I am a pet sitter with a flexible schedule and have experience volunteering at a pet shelter. I would love to learn more about different breeds and unique and better ways to care for them I can do pet care daily morning or night. I live along with my mom so your pet will be supervised all hours of the day. I do not do boarding due to me living at a college dorm. Dropping in on a clients home I will be very careful of my surroundings and kindly approach your pet with grace and patience.

About: As a young girl I've always had a fondness for animals. I would beg to have a dog until I finally got one. Pepper. Then later Betsy. I've had guinea pigs and rabbits. A rat and mice. Hamsters and chinchillas. I loved them all. I have been around farm animals quite a bit. I'm in love with horses and could even provide care for farm animals. In high school I started working at the vet clinic that at the time offered boarding services. I did that for a short time. In that time I have dog/house sat for family friends. Now in more recent years I've dog sat and currently work for a boarding business. I have been there a full year now and I love it. It is part time hours and would like something extra that still involves animals. Dog walks and care are not a problem for me. I would love to help anyone with their precious pups. I'm also trying to advance in trade skills and become a dog trainer.

About: I started off pet sitting small I had two regular customers. I would watch two cats for one and a dog for another. I have always owned a dog or cat. And would watch close friends and families pets. Then took the leap of faith and start with Rover. I do take same day bookings as long as I'm not full. I do stay busy have a few repeat clients already. I will work with you 100% and communicate 100%. Being reliable is key and communication is key. Daily routine for dogs or cats that are being boarded. Cats will always be in a safe designated area away from dogs if they are boarded. They get fed in the morning and evening normally 8am and 5pm or whatever the client wants. They go potty really early and throughout the day and their last potty break is normally around 10-11pm. They pretty much do whatever and just have a great time playing with other pets and making them feel at home. They are allowed on beds and furniture. You will always get updates daily and pictures. They will go on walks also. Now in home visits is whatever you as the client wants. I leave it up to you. Normally they get spoiled and loved on and go outside fed whatever you need. They also get very spoiled and pampered while being boarded. Safety and cleanliness is my top priority. I slowly and monitor every dogs behavior that is staying just to make sure they all get along. I always feed each dog separately as some are food aggressive. Your dogs bowls get clean after each meal and sent home clean. Floors get sanitized each day and vacuumed. Their dog toys, blankets and dog beds get washed before they leave so they are nice and clean. Dog poop gets picked up out of the yard daily. I do have indoor and outdoor cameras to monitor the dogs if gone.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats, young and old, since 2019. I’m a lifelong animal lover who’s parented guinea pigs and parakeets as well. I pride myself on creating enriching experiences for the animals I sit through play and exercise. I’m a freelancer by trade and work for myself so I have open availability during both weekdays and weekends with limited notice needed to make myself available. I ask that pet owners provide any necessary supplies as I do not have them at home. I do live in a newer apartment complex with a fenced in playground for dogs to run around and lots of sidewalk space for walks.

About: I have owned dogs my entire life and been a house/dog sitter for 10 years. I’m currently a dog foster mama and have two of my own dogs. We live on about 3 acres of land so the dogs have plenty of room to run and play! My dogs are apart of our family so your dogs will become part of our family too! Can issue any type of medication as well. High experience, Iv had all sorts of different breeds through fostering! I work full time but I work completely from home M-F. Your pet would rarely be alone and if they were, it would be an hour max. I don’t have a fenced yard but will happily walk your dog on a leash or off leash if completely trained. I have two fur babies of my own who love to run and play with other dogs!

About: Oral Medication Administration First Aid Can provide daily exercise Love to play with animals Currently working in a petstore called petsense. We take care of animals and know how to bathe them as well. Im currently working in a petsotre. They are flexible with my work hours, and work on workdays and weekend. It i can be free anytime if needed. I have a big living room. And have a gate to block the kitchen area. And there's a dog park as well. And I can take them to walk as well.
