“Another great experience with Nicole. Kiko was a little anxious this time because of noisy neighbors and work being done in our apartment building. Nicole was still able to get her to play and kept us informed of Kiko's moods/issues daily. A few unexpected things happened during this visit but Nicole was on top of it all. The scariest was a potential evacuation due to a wild fire close by. Nicole was in constant contact with us and ready to take Kiko to her home for safety if needed. We were 5000 miles away and felt helpless but knew Nicole would do what was needed to keep our fur baby safe. We received updates daily that included several photos and videos. We have recently added cameras so that we can see and hear the dogs when we are at work, they can even hear us. We have an area of the house gated off so they can not get out the front door for extra safety. Our home is complete with pet-friendly flooring and fresh filtered water in all rooms, as we; as dog beds with comfy blankets. We allow dogs on the furniture and if they want, they are welcome to sleep with a family member in one of our three comfy beds. All of the large areas in our home have safety gates so that the exit doors are secure, We have a fenced back yard that is safe for dogs to go potty or play in.
