Hello there! My name is Rebecca and I'm a passionate dog lover who can't wait to meet your furry friend. I live with my husband and our four-year-old golden retriever, Solo and our 1-year-old Bernese mountain dog Obi. They are my whole world, and I understand how important your dog is to you too. Growing up, I was always fascinated by animals, and I've had a soft spot for dogs since I was a little girl. While other kids were watching cartoons, I was glued to the TV watching shows like The Crocodile Hunter and pretty much anything on animal planet. I'm happy to say that my love for animals has only grown stronger over the years, and I'm excited to offer my services as a dog sitter and boarder. When you entrust your dog to me, you can rest assured that they'll be treated like one of the family. I don't believe in breed or size discrimination - I love all dogs equally! And because I know how important it is to have a happy and healthy dog, I make sure to follow your instructions closely to ensure that your dog is comfortable and well-cared for. My husband is also a dog lover and has worked in multiple dog kennels, so he's no stranger to the needs of dogs of all shapes and sizes. He's happy to help out whenever needed, and he'd love to meet you too to make you feel more comfortable. As a dog owner myself, I know how much your dog means to you. That's why I promise to treat your dog with the same love and care that I give to my own dogs,. Whether it's taking long walks, playing in the backyard, or just snuggling up on the couch, your dog will be in good hands with me. Rebecca stayed in our home with our newly adopted German shepherd mix and our yellow lab while we were away for three days, and we couldn’t have been happier with her. Since it was our first time leaving Cali, we really appreciated Rebecca’s thoughtful communication—she sent regular photo updates, was incredibly responsive, and clearly understood our need for reassurance. She also recognized the unique needs of an active, intelligent shepherd and handled everything beautifully. I highly recommend Rebecca and will definitely be booking her again!

Becca and her husband helped us so much when we went for a few days. They took good care of our girls and administered medication as well. They’re kind enough to also accommodate us especially because Bella has a lot of health issues going on. Totally appreciate them both!
Rebecca did a great job caring for our 6 year old Labradoodle and our home. She sent lots of photos and was extremely responsive to our questions and requests. She even kept our tomatoes and flower seedlings alive while we were gone! We hope she will be available the next time we are out of town!
First time leaving my Lola with a dog sitter so I was nervous. My Lola had fun at Rebecca's I could tell because she didn't want to leave. Rebecca sent me a video of Lola playing with her dogs. All went well.

Safety, trust & environment
As a dog sitter and boarder, I treat all dogs like they're part of the family. At my home, dogs must be crate trained but will only be crated as needed and never for more than a few hours. I follow my clients' instructions closely to make sure their dogs are comfortable and well-cared for.
Pets
A typical day
I love taking dogs for long walks in our neighborhood and nearby parks. I also enjoy playing fetch, tug of war, and cuddling up on the couch with them. I'm always open to suggestions for fun activities based on your dog's preferences!
