About: I currently work at an animal rescue and provide daily hands-on care for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I have experience with rescue dogs, anxious or shy dogs, large breeds, feeding routines, behavior monitoring, and helping dogs feel safe and comfortable in new environments. I’m patient, reliable, and comfortable handling both energetic dogs and dogs that need extra structure or reassurance. I’m also Fear Free Shelter Certified, with training in safe, low-stress handling techniques, and trained in Pet CPR & First Aid. Pet care is already a regular part of my daily routine through my work at an animal rescue, where I care for dogs and cats every day. My schedule varies week to week, but I keep my availability updated and make sure any pets in my care receive consistent attention, exercise, enrichment, and care. I focus on creating a safe, calm, and positive environment for every pet in my care. I pay close attention to routines, behavior, and comfort levels while also making sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, enrichment, and affection. I understand that every animal adjusts differently in new environments, so I use patient, low-stress handling techniques to help them feel comfortable and secure. In a client’s home, I follow routines and instructions closely so pets can stay happy, comfortable, and relaxed while you’re away. I also have two fur babies of my own who are basically my children. One is a rescue with a difficult past and the other struggles with anxiety, so I truly understand the importance of patience, trust, and treating every pet like family.

About: I've been surrounded by dogs my whole life. My grandma down in Georgia works at a grooming shop with her friends that I help out with the moment i get a chance. I am also currently a volunteer at the Adoption First Animal Rescue animal shelter off of Western. I plan on entrepreneuring my own dog grooming salon in the future because I'm passionate about pets getting the care they need while being in a safe and comforting environment. I have loved and adored animals, especially dogs and cats, my entire life and I plan to do whatever I can to make any clients' pets happy and loved for the time I am with them. I am currently a high school senior and I get out at 12:42pm, so I would say I'm available after 1pm. I do work part time at Dario's but I am MORE than willing to prioritize working with your pets. I would just need to know at least two days beforehand. When I am taking care of a pet, I am very focused on them, especially if they require specific amount/kind of attention. I am also very good at analyzing animal behavior/body language to know if the animal is in any sort of distress or if they are upset. Every pet is different, and I trust that clients know their pets the best. I take careful consideration of what my client will tell me about their pet and I will utilize that information to the best of my ability.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since i’ve been alive! Growing up I have always been around animals and dogs! From bullies to dachshunds to great danes we’ve had them all. When my parents go out of town I am the one they rely on to take care of there four dogs and I also have two dachshunds of my own! I have potty trained, leash trained and worked on socializing them from the start! I would love to take care of other dogs the way I take care of my own! Like they are my kids! I am currently a stay at home wife that is attending college next fall! I am open everyday of the week besides holidays and some weekends! I don’t have a set schedule so majority of times works for me! I have a fenced in small yard inside my home and I take my dogs on walks constantly! My two dogs are crate trained but if your fur baby isn’t it’s no big deal! I can take your dog on walks or make sure they have enough play time in your yard at home!

About: Growing up I have always had a dog. My older brother ran a dog training business on our farm after training dogs for the military. Due to this I was introduced to many different types of dogs and their personalities. Growing up he taught me the basics to training dogs and how to adapt to the dogs personality. Therefore I am able to care for all types of dogs and any of their needs. I am currently working full time; however, I am able to care for pets on weekdays anytime after 5pm. I am available 24/7 on weekends. I am able to care for any pet in any environment. Whether your pet runs free in a fenced in area or not. I also have no problem when it comes to putting pups in their crate.

About: Hey! My name is Jack and I'm the owner and operator of a local company that provides canine board & train, daycare, and pet waste removal services. I recently completed the move from Salt Lake City, UT and have settled into Jacksonville quite nicely and love the area! As I get my operations back up and running in this new location, I want to offer my services at a discounted rate on Rover! I’m a previous Military Working Dog handler and dog trainer with the US armed forces, have worked as a Veterinarian Assistant, Canine Security Contractor, and of course what I do with my canine business. If you wish to receive other services such as pet waste removal and sanitization for your back yard and/or training programs, let me know and we will work something out for your particular situation :) This is what I do for a living! Pet care doesn't simply fit into my weekly routine, pet care is the entirety of my routine! MY HOME: Outside - - I have a large back yard where I supervise the dogs at all times. I have a dog pool for the pups to splash around in, as well as other fun water toys that keep them entertained and playing! Inside - - I allow dogs on the furniture in my home, but if this is not a habit you want your dog picking up, then I will continue that structure in your absence and ensure your pup follows the same rules at my house. - The only time your dog will be kenneled is when I need to leave the house for a short time and/or when I go to bed. If your dog proves to be trustworthy and well-behaved, a kennel is not mandatory and they can enjoy their well deserved freedom! We can decide if your dog is ready for that when the time comes, together! :) - I keep the dogs engaged throughout the day, and part of that includes simple and basic obedience training, which is more like a game to them! This comes with some treat rewards for their good behavior, which are dried chicken liver pieces. The ONLY ingredient is chicken liver. These treats are provided by me, but if there is a different treat you prefer for your pet, please ensure to supply those. If you prefer your dog not to receive treats, let me know and I'll make note of it! YOUR HOME: I am happy to help any way that I can. If your pet has a specific routine and care, I will apply it the same as you would. WALKS: I take my two dogs to the dog park or a hike most days. Your pet is more than welcome to tag along and socialize. My pets are very friendly and patient with other dogs. If you prefer that your pets have their own time without other pets I am more than alright with taking your furry friend for a private walk!
