About: **Flexible schedule!!!** Since I was a child I've had a deep connection with animals! My love for them is what fuels my passion with animal rescue. No matter where I go, animals are drawn to me. Some people call it a "gift" I call it a love connection. I've traveled the world & have even helped find homes for dogs in Greece & most recently Puerto Rico. One of my favorite rescues was a dog I got adopted in FL that I brought back from Puerto Rico after finding him in a tied bag. I've rescued over 100+ dogs & cats and have found them amazing homes. Many of my previous "fosters" still visit with me today. I'm the one who lights up when I see a dog in public. :) I have been a volunteer with Grateful Paws Rescue for 23 years now. Your pets care is my #1 priority, in keeping them safe, loved & having fun while you are away. I know what it's like to be away from your fur baby as I had an amazing 15 yr old Shepherd/Retriever mix Charlie who was my son. I found Charlie on the streets of Hollywood & I didn't like to be away from him one minute. I'll always keep you updated on how your pet is doing so that you don't worry. I also pay attention to details, things like change in behavior etc.. things that could make a difference for your pets health & well being. I take lots of daily leash walks. If you are new to Rover & never booked before, ask me how to get $20 off your first booking with me! **I require a meet & greet before booking an overnight or a walk which is the best thing for all of us. During the meet & greet we will discuss drop off & pick times, and anything else that will help us align on what's best for both of us. I work from home and Meli is with me chillin while I work. I may leave to run errands but your pet will never be left alone for hours. Safety is a top priority with your pets while in my care. Too often there are inexperienced sitters or walkers that are too busy on their phones rather than being alert to what's going on around them. I will always pay attention while caring for your pets as if they were my own. The same thing goes for your home. I would treat it as if it were my own.

About: I have been pet sitting for dogs, cats, and horses for years. I have administered shots, drugs for seizures and more. I have held dogs while have full seizures lasting over 20 minutes. I understand the importance of both mental and physical exercise and stimulation. I provide food games for dogs they require it. I am Fear Free certified. I am a Realtor who works from home. My schedule is very flexible. Dog walks, drop ins, over night stays and day care is always available. I have a walled in backyard for your furry babies to play. The backyard has foam mats for the dogs’ comfort. There is also a trampoline, weave poles, a ladder, kiddy pool, child’s play school house, Little Tykes outdoor climb, slides, stairs, walk across & buckets of balls for the dogs’ entertainment. Our lure kit just arrived! There is two floors to provide more space, there are normally at least 2 dogs and 2 cats to play with at all times. I live with someone who will also provide additional love and attention. All house guests are crated for feeding time, and if no one is home for the safety of all the animals. If you would like your your dog to go for a run, I take them on my roller blades. Our couch, bed, and additional dog beds are there for comfort. There are full water buckets on each floor, and toy bins in every room over flowing with toys the dogs have access to 24/7 unless they are crated. There is normally some sort of dog friendly tv playing at all times on at least one tv in the house for the dogs’ entertainment. I have stair treads on all stairs in the house for the comfort and safety of all the dogs...some dogs are afraid of stairs without carpet..such as my dog. All the dogs, no matter the size seem to enjoy the cat door. For the dogs that really like food, I feed them with slow feeders. Slow feeders provide mental stimulation, slow down how fast they eat, aid in a healthier digestive system and reduce gas. If you are interested in slow feeders for your dog, I sell them as well. When I am home I am able to do one Skype or FaceTime call per day and activity pictures upon request.

I am a lover of all animals and things “friend-shaped.” I have 3 family dogs and adopted my cat, Venus, 5 years ago. I’ve grown up my entire life with at least 2 dogs in the home at the same time, and the most being 6. My family began rescuing pitbulls in 2007, so growing up with dogs, especially large ones, allows me to feel extremely comfortable around them and understand their body language. I have lived with dogs of all sizes and have lived with multiple cats at time. I would love to help you feel comforted while you are away from home, by knowing that your pet(s) is/are in loving and careful hands. This is a fun fact, but when I was 16, my friends and I fundraised $2,000 within 3 days to donate towards a local shelter, including food, bedding, and other items. I have a reliable means of transportation and I am currently working a part-time, completely remote and flexible job, so I would be able to work around your schedule fully. I wake up early, so I can do early morning walks, drop-ins, or house sit early in the morning. Just let me know. I can adapt to any requirements necessary for your dog/cat. For dogs, I would prefer to walk them with a harness rather than just a collar. I can take your cat on a walk too, if they are comfortable with it—either with a well-fit harness, cat backpack, or stroller. I have my own backpack I could use. I would like to learn about your pet beforehand to understand any specific details about them. For example, I have a dog who doesn’t like when people touch his ears, but I have another that loves it. My cat, Venus, loves to be held, but one of my old roommate’s cats, Sage, did not. General information like that. I will also send you pictures/videos of your pet while you’re away if that helps you feel comfortable.

About: As a pharmacy student, I spend my days studying medications, but my true specialty is giving belly rubs and unlimited love. I’m a proud dog mom to a Schnauzer, so I understand that pets aren’t just pets, they’re family (and sometimes the real bosses of the house 😂).
