About: Growing up, I cared for two wonderful dogs who taught me responsibility, patience, and companionship every day. One was a playful miniature poodle, and the other was a loyal cocker spaniel, each with their own unique personality and energy. Spending time feeding, walking, grooming, and playing with them helped me develop a deep appreciation for the joy dogs bring into a home. Today, I own a golden doodle that continues to strengthen my love for working with and caring for dogs. I am also currently volunteering at the Jacksonville Humane Society, where I help care for and walk dogs. This experience has given me the opportunity to work with dogs of different personalities and needs while providing them with exercise, companionship, and positive interaction. I am currently working part-time, so there is flexibility throughout the week to care for your pet! I am also available on weekend days. When interacting with a pet at someone else’s home, I make sure any doors and gates are securely closed, keep them on a leash when on a walk, stay aware of their surroundings, and follow any specific instructions provided by the owner. I treat every pet with the same care and attention I would want for my own.

About: Fur friends are enjoyable to be around, whether they are my pets or yours. When I am caring for pets, I am especially aware of their individual needs, their body language and their need for physical activity. My pets can tell me through their body language when they have had a good or bad sitter experience. When I care for your pets, I want your fur family to tell you that they had a good sitter experience. Happy wags and meows! During the week, I work from home but I have flexibility to drop in to check on your pets. I am also able to take them on walks or run around the back yard, if that is what they need. About: I've been around dogs my whole life! I've always been drawn to animals and caring for them when they need a voice. I have been volunteering/fostering dogs and cats for many years now and have a lot of experience with all pets and behaviors! I'm currently working part-time remotely so I am able to feed/walk/socialize with your pets whenever it works for you, just let me know how I can help! I have a 7-year-old dachshund/cocker spaniel named Dunkin and a 1-year-old tuxedo cat named Moonie. Moonie is the boss and Dunkin just does whatever she wants.

About: I've fostered my whole life and started pet sitting when I was 16. I've got experience with all ages and sizes of animals. Elderly or new born I can care for them. I work a bit but am off on Sunday's, Monday's and Friday's. I work typically from 4:30 pm - 11 pm, before work i am at my clients house then after I get off I immediately go to my clients house about 30-40 minutes is how long I typically stay unless I can stay longer. If there is an emergency my mother or boyfriend of 5 years can help take care of your fur baby's. I have a fenced in yard 4 dogs and 11 cats (7 are spayed and neutered outside cats that just came with the house) a bird a snake and a crested gecko!

My rescue dog, Orville, has taught me the value of meeting dogs where they are, whether they need extra reassurance, structure, playtime, or simply a calm companion. I take the time to learn each pet’s habits and preferences so I can provide care that feels familiar and stress-free while their family is away. I have always enjoyed helping friends, family, and neighbors by caring for their pets. While I have not provided pet care professionally before or through a platform like Rover, I have plenty of hands-on experience caring for animals and understanding their needs. My experience may not be formally documented, but it comes from years of genuine care, responsibility, and love for all animals. I pride myself on being dependable, attentive, and communicative. Your pet will be treated with the same care, respect, and affection I give my own. Thursday through Saturday, I have flexible availability and can provide care throughout the day. I currently work four days a week until 3 PM, so Sunday through Wednesday I'm available after 3 PM. I am happy to work with your pet’s schedule and routine! I love spending time in my own backyard, but I also enjoy exploring new places! My pup loves adventures, so we often visit on-leash parks for walks, fresh air, and new experiences. I enjoy giving dogs opportunities to safely explore, get exercise, and enjoy the world around them while always keeping their comfort and safety a priority. Play is a constant in our household! I believe playtime is about more than just fetch. About: My profile saids Michelle, but please call me Micah 🙏😊 My first time caring for a dog was when my family adopted a miniature, silver-haired, poodle puppy, that I named Shadow back in 2007 before attending university. Before graduating high school, my neighbors would ask me to look after their own four-legged family members (mostly dogs and cats) when they went out of town. I provided excellent care for their pets as if they were my own. I also have experience from working at a dog daycare and boarding facility between 2015 and 2016. The facility hosted dogs as small as Yorkies and as big as Great Danes. My duties at the daycare was to supervise play, clean up after the dogs, keep the facility clean, stay overnight for dogs that were boarding, help with feeding, give oral medication and provide transportation for dogs to their preferred vets whenever necessary. Since 2016, I have been providing pet care services through Rover and making long-lasting relationships with families and their furkids. I'm also open to taking care of of other pets as well. We'll just discuss beforehand. I currently work 25-40 hours per week at a salon, so pups that can go at least 8 hours without a potty break or are chill and comfortable in a salon work environment would be the best fit. I currently live in a 3br apartment with my service dog and my domestic partner. I have more experience as a house sitter and can be trusted to keep up with house chores such as collecting mail, watering plants, taking out the garbage, etc.
