“Kimberly walked into a difficult first time situation to manage my brother's pet cat's improperly maintained litter box. My brother is in assisted living,(Florida) and does have cognitive issues. He, by mistake discarded the scooper. Kimberly was in her rights to quit right there. Instead she informed me of the problems and opted to try one more visit. I, (NJ), saw to it to provide items needed. Who could ask for a better second chance. Kimberly is most definitely a caring professional. Hopefully it goes better going forward. I am prepared to at some point look to get Nicholas (the cat), adopted, but for now I thank Kimberly for her great efforts.”

About: My profile saids Michelle, but please call me Micah 🙏😊 My first time caring for a dog was when my family adopted a miniature, silver-haired, poodle puppy, that I named Shadow back in 2007 before attending university. Before graduating high school, my neighbors would ask me to look after their own four-legged family members (mostly dogs and cats) when they went out of town. I provided excellent care for their pets as if they were my own. I also have experience from working at a dog daycare and boarding facility between 2015 and 2016. The facility hosted dogs as small as Yorkies and as big as Great Danes. My duties at the daycare was to supervise play, clean up after the dogs, keep the facility clean, stay overnight for dogs that were boarding, help with feeding, give oral medication and provide transportation for dogs to their preferred vets whenever necessary. Since 2016, I have been providing pet care services through Rover and making long-lasting relationships with families and their furkids. I'm also open to taking care of of other pets as well. We'll just discuss beforehand. I currently work 25-40 hours per week at a salon, so pups that can go at least 8 hours without a potty break or are chill and comfortable in a salon work environment would be the best fit. I currently live in a 3br apartment with my service dog and my domestic partner. I have more experience as a house sitter and can be trusted to keep up with house chores such as collecting mail, watering plants, taking out the garbage, etc.

My two pups have since passed away and while I'm not ready to add another to the family, I would love to puppysit yours! I can administer meds, feed, walk, and play with your dog. “From the moment I met Kelly, I knew she was the perfect person to care for my furbaby Murdock. He is very shy and doesn't like to meet new people. Kelly set up a meet and greet proud to Murdock's stay. She was so kind and I could tell she really loves dogs. She has a very gently manner about her and speaks in a very soothing tone to the pets. She gave updates, and sent photos of him looking like he felt safe and happy. He eventually started going to her when called and enjoyed all the loving attention she gave him. Murdock even felt comfortable enough with Jim, her spouse, to take walks with him, something he had never allowed in the past, as he seemed more fearful of men than anything. When I picked him up, I could tell that it was a wonderful experience for. Murdock, and I know it has helped him to not be afraid with strangers.
