She was open to helping us scent-train our dogs to learn her smell before coming over. And she was also open to both meeting us and doing a trial visit before we booked out a longer trip. I can care for your pet before and after work. I have open availability on the weekends which is great for those who take weekend trips! I have two pups at home so I do not bring any pets home with me, but I will visit your pet in your own home where they will remain comfortable and safe. In Addition, my rescues has alot of fears so slow introductions are best with him. I was worried my rescue would not accept a new person caring for them but Shalik came over more than one day to get him to be comfortable with him. Shalik was very patiently and kind. About: I’ve grown up with dogs the majority of my life. I truly enjoy dog-sitting, I find that walking is great for both parties and the dogs that are in my life, I tend to them as if I had kids. Some people say that dogs aren’t people but I have to disagree.. they have the same feelings and emotions we do and it’s so uncanny, dogs surprise me everyday. I am willing to work with any owner who has certain requests say, if you’re training your dog or have them on a specific regimen. Rebekah was absolutely wonderful, and I could not have asked for a better pet sitter for my kitties while we were away for five days. This was our first time using her, and she even offered to come by beforehand to meet the cats. That thoughtful gesture really helped me feel comfortable leaving her in our home and trusting her with my kitties. From the very beginning, her communication was thoughtful and reassuring. I especially loved the photos and videos she sent each day. She somehow manages to take better pictures of my cats than I do, and they were the cutest, funniest little snapshots of them being sweet, playful, and adorable. It truly felt like getting little highlights of their day. I was on a cruise and did not have access to my kitty cameras, so those updates meant a lot to me. Sarai is the best!! I have a 8 month old kitty and a 14 year old and she took the best care of them while I went home for the holidays. She kept me updated and took lots of pictures. Myers my kitty loved to go for daily walks in the hallway and Sarai took him everyday.
