They are also very good at understanding each pet's temperament and managing them at the same time. They are passionate and genuinely care for the pets. Our pet enjoyed her stay at Kelly & James!! They were well taken care of and enjoyed all the love they got from Rachel and her adult children. Both of her children were also very good with the dogs. I also loved that she took them for a walk at least 3 times a day and had a fenced yard. They got along well with Rachel's dogs. I will definitely use Rachel again.
