Pet Sitting Monclair

About: Growing up, I cared for two wonderful dogs who taught me responsibility, patience, and companionship every day. One was a playful miniature poodle, and the other was a loyal cocker spaniel, each with their own unique personality and energy. Spending time feeding, walking, grooming, and playing with them helped me develop a deep appreciation for the joy dogs bring into a home. Today, I own a golden doodle that continues to strengthen my love for working with and caring for dogs. I am also currently volunteering at the Jacksonville Humane Society, where I help care for and walk dogs. This experience has given me the opportunity to work with dogs of different personalities and needs while providing them with exercise, companionship, and positive interaction. I am currently working part-time, so there is flexibility throughout the week to care for your pet! I am also available on weekend days. When interacting with a pet at someone else’s home, I make sure any doors and gates are securely closed, keep them on a leash when on a walk, stay aware of their surroundings, and follow any specific instructions provided by the owner. I treat every pet with the same care and attention I would want for my own.

About: I have extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’ve dog sat multiple dogs overnight as well as on a consistent weekly basis, caring for up to four dogs at a time. I’m comfortable managing feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and bedtime routines, and I make sure every dog gets individual attention and love. I especially adore puppies and enjoy helping them burn energy, stay engaged, and feel safe and happy while their owners are away. I treat every dog as if they were my own and prioritize a calm, fun, and safe environment so both pets and owners feel at ease. I currently work part time at Jacksonville University so I will have plenty of time to spend with your fur babies! Typically I’m available for boarding Monday through Sunday Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live in a clean, calm apartment with no kids and no other pets, so your dog will have my full attention at all times. I carefully follow each dog’s routine, including feeding, walks, medications if needed, and any house rules you have in place. I’m attentive, reliable, and always aware of my surroundings during walks and playtime. I make sure dogs are supervised, secure, and never put in unsafe situations. I aim to create a relaxed, loving environment where your dog feels safe, cared for, and right at home.

About: Fur friends are enjoyable to be around, whether they are my pets or yours. When I am caring for pets, I am especially aware of their individual needs, their body language and their need for physical activity. My pets can tell me through their body language when they have had a good or bad sitter experience. When I care for your pets, I want your fur family to tell you that they had a good sitter experience. Happy wags and meows! During the week, I work from home but I have flexibility to drop in to check on your pets. I am also able to take them on walks or run around the back yard, if that is what they need. About: 🏡 Experience: I share my home with two dogs and two cats. I have 18 years of experience with my eldest animal, a cat named Tiger (in my profile photo). I also have multiple years experience in animal rescue, TNR stray cats, and fostering. I work full time Monday through Thursday until 5pm but you can reach out to me about availability. Depending on what type of service you need, I might be available during workdays. I have a fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood. I have a dedicated room to pet care so that your fur baby feels comfortable. I have two very friendly small dogs of my own who are crate trained and two elderly cats.

About: I owned a huge Malamute/Lab rescue who ended up rescuing me. I miss being around animals. I will take my time in walking and spending time with your furry family member. I just moved here from Brooklyn NY. I walked miles upon miles in the snow and rain with my Dog. I enjoy being outdoors. I have been a dental Assistant for the past 30 years, I’m more than capable in keeping calm in a tense situation. Our Dental practice was pet friendly. I was the person in charge of handling all of the pets. I had a Great Dane panic at the sound of the drill, I soothed him throughout the appointment. I’m also a trained Dog Walker. I volunteer at the Jacksonville Humane Society a few days a week. I’m looking forward to helping out families that need an extra hand.
