“I love Lisa! She's so good with Maxx, very punctual, reliable, and caring. Maxx is not great with strangers, but he has taken to her very well and will get more attached to her as time goes by. He'll even be waiting for her at the door in no time. She is definitely the right person for us.”

About: Everyone around me knows how much I love pets. I have helped dog sitting my boss’s dog, and as a first timer, I know I did great! I’m working a full time job, I’m ready for anything after working hours and weekends. For occasional home visits, I can make some exceptions depending on my schedule. I myself have a cat, and I haven’t been able to assess how she would react with other pets so I’m holding off on bringing other pets at my place for now. Otherwise, for the clients, I make sure I observe all safety measures and that I’m giving them all the love.

“Ben did a great job with our dog. Walked him a good distance and played with him, was friendly and straight forward to work with. Would book again!”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats, so I am super comfortable taking care of them. I’d love to help make your week a little less hectic! I am a full time student with a flexible schedule and completely open mornings. My weekends are also open and I am able to do overnights. When coming into your home to care for your pet, it is extremely important to treat that space with respect. I aim to be the perfect guest and friend to your pet!

“Kelly was great! I needed a last-minute dog walker and she was able to help me out. She was very responsive, professional, and I felt completely at ease with her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dog walker/pet sitter.”

“Nan has great intuition with my Aussie! And she doesn’t let Kitty feel left out either. She is excellent at picking up on my pup’s preferences (like walking in the shade on hot days or taking a familiar path) and she took great photos of my smiling dog!”

“Thanks so much!!!”

“Emma so great, showed up on time, took good care of our puppy and sent lots of pics and info to us.”

About: My Name is Gabby, When I am caring for your pet I will treat them like they are my own. I will take them on walks, play with them and show them tons of love. I am someone who will sit on the ground and play tug a war, and happily accept slobbery kisses! I have a lot of dogs in my family of all different sizes and energy levels. I’m not scared of a loud bark or an over excited jumper 🤗 I am currently a stay at home mom of one and have a lot of flexibility in being able to go for walks and play! When I come to your home, I am there to just give your pet 100% attention and love! As for it being your home, I will be respectful, and responsible. I understand how difficult it can be to trust a stranger and I take that very seriously!

About: 🐾 Hi, I’m Daniel — a lifelong animal lover and reliable sitter based in Plattsburgh, NY. Over the years, I’ve cared for six dogs of my own and have regularly walked and dog-sat for friends, neighbors, and local clients. Whether it’s a brisk walk, some much-needed playtime, or a cozy companion while you're away, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I’m a 26 year old creative/entrepreneur focused on my growth but pet care is something I’ve always enjoyed, taken seriously, and do as a side hustle. My schedule is flexible, especially on holidays, and I’ll do everything I can to accommodate your pet’s needs and routine. I understand pets can get nervous when their humans are away. That’s no problem — I’m calm, patient, and focused on making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you're gone. If you ever have questions, I’m always just a message away! 🗓️ My hours are flexible! I currently work part-time at a restaurant in Plattsburgh but when the day winds down, I'm a self employed musician/entrepreneur. Don't hesitate to reach out with the dates and times you need cause I'm sure I can fit your furry friend into my week! 🏡 Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I make sure they’re well exercised, fed, and relaxed — whether we’re out for a walk or just hanging out. I’m gentle but confident when working with animals and understand that each one has their own unique needs and behaviors. I’m here to make them feel at home, even when they’re not.

About: I grew up breeding and raising Labrador retrievers since I was born. I know all the needs of dogs big and small and can give them love while attending to their needs. I grew up with Labrador retrievers but have been a sitter for bigger dogs such as Great Danes and even smaller dogs like Shitzus. My family currently owns 3 Australian Shepherds and 2 German Shepherds. I have preformed CPR on two dogs to this date and was able to save both. One of them was a newly born pup who had stopped breathing during birth and I revived the little guy and he’s doing great now. I have also experienced mentally handicapped pups and know their needs change and they need the most love and care. I am also able to administer medicine to any type of dog big or small. I currently do not have employment, but am seeking a full-time or part-time job before I start nursing school. I can take care of pets at any point of the day and provide bathroom breaks, walks, and feeding times at any hour of the day. I currently can not house animals at my apartment per my lease guidelines, but I will be able to perform any tasks that are discussed within your home. I am a strong individual who has plenty of experience with crate training, leash walking, and feeding guidelines. I am also very aware that not all dogs interact well with other dogs and will be very attentive to interactions with your dog and other dogs if we were to encounter this. I am also very cautious with cats that are indoor only, as many of my families cats were when I was growing up, so making sure that cats stay inside is not an issue.

About: I’ve had all sorts of animals such as dogs, cats, chickens, pigs, and leopard geckos. I’ve grown my whole life with animals. I have lots of skill with all kinds of animals I am currently a full time student but have a lot of free time during the day due to being online for the school year. I promise to provide the best care for your pets, treating them as if they were my own. I also respect your home and will ensure it’s left in excellent condition. While I don’t offer pet care in my home, I’m fully committed to creating a safe and comfortable experience for your pets in their own environment.

“Even though she had a busy schedule, Julia was able to accommodate my girls schedule for a walk (through some crazy weather too). Def would book Julia again to take care of my two senior girls.”

About: I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a canine concentration, where I trained dogs in obedience, agility, Therapy Dog skills, and Canine Good Citizen preparation. I also earned a Master’s degree in Animal Science with a focus on nutrition and welfare from Cornell University. Currently, I work as a canine caretaker for the government and am an AKC-certified Canine Good Citizen evaluator. Throughout my career, I’ve worked and volunteered in a variety of animal care settings, including animal shelters, boarding facilities, dog walking services, barns, and emergency veterinary hospitals. These experiences have given me extensive hands-on experience with both dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments—including seniors, rescues, and those with medical or behavioral needs. My dog care background includes structured training, physical and mental enrichment, medication administration, and supporting behavior modification programs. I understand that every dog has their own personality, history, and sensitivities, and I approach each one with patience, empathy, and a commitment to positive, individualized care. I also have a strong foundation in cat care. I currently have a rescued cat of my own, and have fostered a 6-week-old kitten, providing around-the-clock attention and support during critical development. In my time working in emergency vet hospitals, I regularly handled cats for exams, administered medications, and assisted vet techs with bloodwork and procedures. I’ve also cared for cats in shelters and boarding facilities, gaining experience in feline behavior, enrichment, and stress-reduction techniques. I’m passionate about providing the highest quality care and comfort to every animal I work with. When I have extra time, I continue to train dogs on the side and am currently pursuing certifications and volunteer work in animal response and search & rescue, with the goal of helping animals affected by natural disasters. Whether your pet is energetic or easygoing, highly trained or just learning, I’m here to ensure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. While my work schedule rotates, I’m available every workday until 2 PM and after midnight, with every other Friday through Monday completely free. I have reliable transportation and am flexible in meeting your pet’s unique needs. I provide a calm, structured environment with plenty of mental and physical stimulation tailored to your pet’s needs. My home includes an unfenced backyard, so I always supervise outdoor time closely. I have an extra crate available for dogs who are crate-trained or need a secure resting space. Your pet will get bathroom breaks and walks before and after my work shifts, and as often as needed on my days off. I’m also happy to go on hikes or explore new areas with your pup—if you’re comfortable with that level of adventure! With a background in animal science and dog training, I can offer helpful training tips or reinforce your current routine. I approach every animal with care, patience, and respect for their individual personality and boundaries. Whether your pet needs structure, exercise, or just a cozy place to feel safe, I’ll make sure they’re cared for like family.

David N.
“David adores animals, particularly dogs. I am lucky enough to work in an office where we can bring our pets in at different times. My work sometimes requires me to meet sometimes at length with clients, sometimes who are afraid of dogs so I cannot have my dog in the office with me. David joyously offers to take my dog and without being prompted he will make sure he goes out for pee breaks, has water and is kept comfortably contained. He is amazingly kind, professional and trustworthy. I have known him over 2 years and I trust him implicitly.”

“Brooke has done a fantastic job with boarding our pup, Oatie. Oatie is a rescue dog that we adopted three months ago. Before meeting Brooke, my husband and I were nervous about boarding Oatie because she can be very anxious and hyper at times. But Brooke exceeded our expectations! Brooke is an expert in working with dogs, including those that come from shelters and rescues. She is experienced, patient, and responsible. She sent us videos and pictures of Oatie which was reassuring and much appreciated. Brooke is also very understanding and flexible. I know we will rely on Brooke again when we need to board Oatie in the future! I would recommend Brooke to anyone and everyone.”
