About: For the past 10 plus years, I have volunteered at a local animal shelter, where I care for dogs by walking and feeding them. I have been a lifelong dog owner, and I currently have two dogs: a dachshund and a medium-sized Labrador/Pit Bull mix. Spending time with dogs is something I enjoy, and caring for them is rewarding. Their companionship brings me a great deal of happiness. I am available during the day as well as in the evenings. Anytime after 5pm is perfect for me! I can do weekend mornings and days as well. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, especially playing with their favorite toys. We often play with a ball outside and enjoy relaxing together in the sunshine.

About: I've really missed caring for dogs since my beloved pup of 13 years passed away. I love dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages. Every dog is unique, but I find that I make friends with them quickly! I'm good at reading their body language and accommodating their needs. I look forward to playing, feeding, walking, and providing company for your precious babies 💖 I'm available every weekday after 3:30pm and available most weekends. Depending on what your sitting/walking needs are, we could work it out! I take attentive care of my pets, and I'll be sure to follow any directions you may have for me! I'm good at moderating food and providing enrichment.

About: I have a bit too much time on my hands and love animals. I've cared for dogs and cats for many years as a volunteer. I'm a complete pacifist and have too much love in my heart not to share it with more animals! I work part time in retail so my schedule is very variable. What's great about that is that I have availability all day some days! However, i don't have weekends off. I will treat your place with respect and cater to your pets' needs. They will be very loved and entertained. I don't offer my home for services.

However, Cara completely put our minds at ease. She provided daily drop-in visits for our two senior boys, Ezekiel and Garoche, and our young girl, Molly. Cara was meticulous, she kept Ezekiel’s medication on a strict schedule and ensured the litter boxes were scooped daily. The highlight for us, though, were the daily photos; seeing those happy faces was the perfect reassurance while we were away. When we returned from our two-week cruise, we were greeted by happy cats rather than 'grumpy' ones who felt neglected! We knew from our initial meet-and-greet that Cara was the right choice for our little treasures. We highly recommend her and will definitely be booking her again!
We were so lucky to find her when we needed someone in a pinch! Our regular dog sitter was moving that weekend, and our friend who usually dog and house sits for us was busy. We even had another Rover cancel on us last minute, so we were getting a little nervous! She was available to do a meet and greet and then came for the full hour both days for drop-in visits. She was very responsive, followed all of our feeding instructions for both dogs, fed our fish, and took AMAZING pictures while she was there. It was so nice getting the updates and knowing everyone was taken care of. She was dependable, easy to communicate with, and clearly cared about our pets. She followed our cats’ feeding routine perfectly, and sent fun photo updates every day which gave us total peace of mind. We came home to a happy, relaxed pet and a spotless house. I booked Hanna to stay with my 3 cats, including a young kitten and a medically complex senior cat, while I took a trip across the country. She was detailed, communicative, and punctual. We booked Alexis for drop in visits for our 13 year old cat Chloe for a week. This is the first time we’ve booked outside of family or friends so we were a little nervous. After meeting Alexis I immediately felt comfortable. Her daily updates with pictures were great! And looking at the pictures, I could tell Chloe was happy and well taken care of. Taylor has walked Rocco for about two years while I’ve had work assignments in downtown Pittsburgh. He loves her. She always goes above and beyond and has helped us find alternate walkers if she’s away. Unfortunately we’re moving north, but would continue using her without reservation.
Ally was great with her drop in visits and gave my dogs time outside as well as to eat. My dogs can be very dramatic when it’s raining and Ally went above and beyond to try to get them to go in the yard. I appreciate her help inbetween my other sitter working long shifts!
Dezerae was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time away from my Kitty, Olive and was a little skiddish about having a sitter watch her. It couldn't have worked out better. Dezerae came and met Olive beforehand, and we went over everything in preparation for my departure. She was punctual and communicated with me daily about Olive and how things were going. Olive seemed to really love her. I also received daily pictures and videos from Dezerae that were very comforting to see. I would certainly recommend her to pet sit and if I need to travel in the future, she'll be the first one I look for. Thank you, Dezerae!!
