I grew up with pets (both cats and dogs) and have always loved being around and caring for animals. I worked as an animal care associate at the Humane Society of Chittenden County in Burlington, VT, where I learned safe handling techniques, gained medical knowledge, and cared for a wide variety of breeds and behavioral cases. I have extensive experience with cats, dogs, and smallies of all shapes and sizes and would love to help care for yours.

I live in a lovely neighborhood for walking and am also able to drive dogs to nearby parks and hiking trails to play and exercise. I have a cat at home who dislikes other animals so I would only be able to provide care at a client's home.

We have just recently connected with Gabby for the occasional care of two very different pups: a young pitty with a heart of gold & high energy, and a senior beagle who needs special attention & consistently peaceful presence. From the moment she met us and the pups, Gabby’s calm demeanor, genuine kindness, helpful humor and solid connection in really really listening to all of the quirks of dog care was superb and the perfect fit. It’s easy to tell she’s had both professional experience with animal care / communication & true love for her previous pets. A wonderful, respectful & trustworthy (and punctual!) individual to become your pets pal :)

I cannot say enough about Gabriella. She is incredibly professional and has such amazing, positive energy. We have two beagles, and from the very first meet and great, they felt completely comfortable and excited around her. Which says a lot! It is truly clear that she knows how to connect with dogs. Every walk last week seems to have gone smooth, reliable, and based by the pictures I received, full of happy tail wags. I feel totally at ease knowing my pups are in such great hands. Highly recommended.

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule which leaves me plenty of time to walk and play with fur babies. I do have a part time job so I will need to leave occasionally when I am housesitting. I also don't mind commuting to care for an animal.
