About: I grew up with pets (both cats and dogs) and have always loved being around and caring for animals. I worked as an animal care associate at the Humane Society of Chittenden County in Burlington, VT, where I learned safe handling techniques, gained medical knowledge, and cared for a wide variety of breeds and behavioral cases. I have extensive experience with cats, dogs, and smallies of all shapes and sizes and would love to help care for yours. I have a flexible schedule which leaves me plenty of time to walk and play with fur babies. I do have a part time job so I will need to leave occasionally when I am housesitting. I also don't mind commuting to care for an animal. I live in a lovely neighborhood for walking and am also able to drive dogs to nearby parks and hiking trails to play and exercise. I have a cat at home who dislikes other animals so I would only be able to provide care at a client's home.

About: To put it simply, caring for animals is my life's passion; I would love to take care of your pet like they're my own. I am a highly experienced career pet care professional, currently working at Kitty Co Cat Rescue, with prior experience working at Fido and Friends. I provide the highest level of compassionate care, with a deep understanding of animal behavior and the importance of providing patience and love while caring for animals. I have hands-on experience supporting daily pet care, kennel sanitation, and medication routines. I am trained in administering oral medications, transdermal medications (for cats only), fluids, temperature checks, vaccines, oxygen support, and breathing treatments. I'm currently working part-time, so I have a lot of flexibility and availability for pet care. I am available for overnight pet sitting primarily on weekends. About: I don’t have much experience with dogs if I’m being honest. The only experience I had with a dog was with a baby pitbull and that was for about a year. That being said, despite my lack of experience I am willing to learn. My love for animals in general is why I am open to learning. I will still provide the same love, care and affection for a dog as I would a cat. My daily and weekly routine is very open for pet care. I am currently on maternity leave so I have lots of availability throughout my days. I treat them like their family and not strangers or “just for the money type of thing”. If the client has special requests as far as how they would want their pet taken care of, I would follow those requests and update the clients along the way.
